Mark Wingren of Jack Harrison HVAC was quick to answer our need for HVAC assessment when all the smoke/CO detectors kept going off in a house I had listed for sale. He made a service call on a Sat. morning! He was very thorough and helpful and his prices are very reasonable.

We called Mark at 7 pm on a Tuesday and he came right over to help us! He stayed and tried everything to fix our HVAC system until 9 pm! He was helpful, professional, and gave us great advice! He came back over two days later to install a brand new system for us! 10/10 we would recommend him over the big companies! Customer service and quality of work were awesome!

Mark and team provided a reasonable quote and explained the process for installing a new HVAC very clearly. The install was done very well and timely. I am very happy with results. I called them for an estimate to replace our AC. They were great at explaining the issues with our AC and explained I likely didn’t need a replacement despite what another guy said 2 weeks prior. At the end of the appointment, I knew exactly what I was paying for which gave me peace of mind that I wasn’t getting ripped off. They even promised to come back in a couple weeks free of charge should I still be having issues to check for leaks. Would definitely recommend these guys to everyone!
