Great experience with Mark at Jack Harrison. Initially responded so quickly to my request. Got me up and running that first visit, and then came back another day for some further repairs. I've spoken with a couple other people as far as pricing, and they also thought they were extremely fair and reasonable. Really nice guy too. I'm very happy, and would definitely encourage anyone to use them in the future.

We made an appointment to get our heater checked (15-point check-up) this fall. Glad we did. Mark showed up RIGHT on time. He was able to find a MAJOR problem during the inspection. Our Lennox evaporator coil was a bad part under warranty. He also cleaned our system and made adjustments to help save us money every month. He takes pictures of his work and includes them in the invoice. The before and after visuals are pretty cool to see.
Their Back Office fought the warranty battle for us! They were on the phone with Lennox countless times to ensure we received the part free of charge since it was under warranty.
Once they received the part, they dispatched John to install it. Not a small job! John was awesome. He had fun with the job and explained and showed me so many interesting things about how it all worked. It was educational for me. John was fast and efficient, and he showed up RIGHT on time. Jack Harrison Heating & Air Conditioning provided an excellent service. Their technician John was on time, explained us all the things in detail. Fixed our issue and also did maintenance. He also provided us with detail report of all his observations and work done today.

I had an AC emergency yesterday and we were miserable. I had reached out to several companies to come out for diagnostics, each saying it would take several days for someone to come here, but we could not wait that long. My wife found Jack Harrison online and I saw their phone was still open until 11pm so I called and spoke to Mark, the owner at around 9:30pm. He was extremely professional and was able to actually diagnose my issue just over the phone, a leak in the coils. By 8am the following morning John was here to officially diagnose my issue and went straight to work. Sure enough, there was a leak in the coil. By 2pm that SAME DAY all my issues were fixed and my system was upgraded, good as new. John was an excellent technician and I could not ask for a better work service.

Mark is the most professional & nicest ac/heating professional that we have dealt with. We have had no issues with our unit since Mark took over the maintenance on our unit.
