My furnace would not light. I called at 7:45 am on November 28. Technician was here by 9:30 (Mike came out).
He diagnosed the problem (high temp switch failed), fixed it, and educated me on multiple things to watch for on this unit.
He was prompt, polite, knowledgeable, and professional.
Overall, a great experience!

Santa Fe Air is a top notch company, regardless of who works on your equipment. This time I had just left town for the week when my wife called and said there was no hot water! Not good, even though I was out of town. In two days Jeff was there with the new hot water heater. On time and with everything he needed. Obviously I was not there, but I spoke with my daughter who was home to let him in. The installation was quick and efficient and they removed the old equipment. I looked at the water heater when I returned home, and it really looks great. My daughter said that Jeff was friendly and professional. Can't ask for much more than that.
I have stayed with Santa Fe Air for many years and recently renewed my service contract with them, again. The periodic checks of my system help to ensure I do not have a breakdown and everything runs efficiently.
About April 2022, my heat pump finally gave up after 35 years of Santa Fe keeping it going. I got a much more efficient unit that they quickly installed and got running. I stayed with their service contract since it worked out so well. So far, I have only great service from them. They are honest and will do whatever it takes to make things right. I highly recommend.
Jan 2023- I purchase the bi-yearly service checkup also. Just to make sure. Just had one done and everything is working great. Don't want to be without heat on these cold windy days. After the unit warranty is up, the service policy also gets you a % off the cost of repair.

Mike came out, was on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. I always enjoy when he comes out. He explained everything he was doing and went aboveboard for me. He even took the time for me to call my husband so he could explain exactly what the issue had been for me and discuss different costs with both of us. I will definitely only be calling Mike now for all my AC needs. Love using local companies! Thank you for all your help!

We had John come out to service our equipment. He was on-time, personable, professional, he worked quickly and cleanly. He got our heater up and running for winter and answered all my questions!

Santa Fe has taken care of my HVAC system for several years now. They can normally schedule me quickly. Samuel did an excellent job doing the maintenance on my A/C today. He was respectful and very nice. I have several questions and he provided very helpful information! I am grateful!
