Ace Air LLC

My apartment has had a severe overheating and my landlord called Ace Air to come take care of the repair. I didn’t catch the name of the person who came out. He didn’t speak to us, he immediately started working on the unit. It seemed fine and eventually he came around and stated the part he replaced (without consulting my landlord or giving recommendations) then stated the unit needed refrigerant as well. When he went to do that portion, less than five minutes later he walked back around and said “it won’t take the refrigerant.” My landlord and I asked what he meant by that and if he put any in and all he said was “no, it won’t take the refrigerant.” We assumed it would be fine and he left. Quick visit, but since he has left, my apartment has escalated to 98 degrees rapidly. It’s currently 92 degrees outside. This is not right. I wanted this fixed and instead they made it way worse. Ace Air, you need to make sure to be more thorough because this is ridiculous to have to deal with.

I have yet to solve this issue either so I’m currently writing this review in my home that is sitting at that high degree. Something needs to be done.

ACE AIR Heating & Cooling is a top shelf business that feels like your family! Our A/C went out on the hottest day. I sent a text to their number late that evening hoping to get an appointment for the next day. They responded, came out the next day & had our unit fixed. We would never trust anyone else!! Reed was a great! He came out earlier than expected and did the job and even gave us some recommendations for the future use of our furnace. Melissa was also helpful in setting up a time to have someone come out. Definitely would recommend this place for folks in the area 👌

Josh was timely and efficient. Also after looking at our filters he recommended based on their condition that we NOT replace them at this time. That saved us probably $40. I appreciated his honesty.

Don’t Waste Time calling anyone else, Great Pricing, Great Service, Great Installation, Great knowledge of Product. We had to replace a 10 year old high efficiency furnace because it was installed wrong and not setup correctly by another company and was cooking itself to death leading to the heat exchanger developing cracks in it and adding carbon monoxide to the house air. No, I did not have a CO2 detector but I do now, always sure the gas heater vent pipes were good, never thought about the internal heat exchanger with the low temp pvc exhaust as the hidden evil problem. Now we know why my wife was getting low grade headaches the past few months, and I was getting low nausea during the day, can’t remember about last season.

Have used Ace Air a number of times, both on commercial systems and residential ones. They always do a great job for us and are professional and courteous. I have no hesitation to recommend them to others.

Always knows the real issue right away, always up and running again quickly! Used Reed for years and always been amazed with his experience and knowledge. Would never trust anyone else!
