Tristen was great! Came in and got right to work. He was super knowledgeable and did an excellent job of explaining things. He gave his spiel but was not pushy at all and I love that we can call and add on services later so I am able to talk it through with my husband! We’ve had 2 other companies come out through AHS within the past 6 months and were unhappy with the service provided with the other companies, so are super glad McKay’s provided such excellent service! We will be using them in the future. I highly recommend them!

I called to have my unit serviced and they sent out gage. I’m a big person on customer service and I couldn’t be more pleased with the way gage serviced my unit. I have referred him to friends and family for their hvac needs. Great work at a great price. I’ll definitely have gage come service my unit every year going forward.

Since I started using Service HQ i have been blown away by the customer service i received and the quality of work. Not only did they respond extremely fast but the work was offered at a reasonable price, Seth was extremely knowledgeable and before I knew it the job was done. Without a doubt this company will be my go to for anything I need!

He show up at the house with his partner Juan and they both gave my unit a good service inspection located the problem and made sure my units was running at peak efficiency before they let. Both we well mannered and new their business, would not hesitate to call again.

I'm an employee here at Service HQ. It is my longest standing job I have ever had and I love it so much I don't think I'd ever leave. My coworkers are all very understanding and revolve around teamwork. Overall it is a great place to work!

We bought our A/C and heating unit from McKay's years ago when we bought our 100 year old farmhouse. Every year we have had them service the unit we bought from them, and have never had any problems. They are a great company, and I can not think a any
reason that we would not give them an outstandingly rating. We defiantly would refer them to everyone. Very happy that we went with them.

These guys are great. We did a complete HVAC install in our home with furnace in my shop. Very professional installation. We will continue to do business with Service HQ.

Gage and Michael came today to install our new Trane AC/heat. We were told the job might take up to two days. They completed the installation on both units in less than a day! Both men were very professional and courteous of us and our home. They made conversation with us, making it less awkward and completed the job quickly. When they were done, they made sure all the trash was picked up and went over any questions I had on how to care for the unit and how to run the new thermostat. Gage offered to help me close my windows to the house when the AC started cooling. Michael offered to help me carry in items I had purchased when I came home. Gage and Michael were very friendly, almost like having the nephews here.
