Service HQ

We got off to a rocky start and it took awhile but finally got everything fixed today.
We cannot tell you how we appreciate Michael(Jr). He is an awesome young man. He was not going to stop until he got it done, and he didn’t. A very knowledgeable young man.
HQ is very Blessed to have him for a technician. He is a very valuable asset to your company. Everyone we talked from the ladies in the office, manager and technicians were very nice.
We are very happy with the service and will recommend HQ to our friends and will call the next time we need something.

Very professional and answered any and all questions asked. The other gentleman I believe was whom the called pepper also very knowledgeable and professional. I believe the first day I met with a Mike who had discussed and sold us our Trane system was friendly and also very professional. Every person we have met and has worked with us has treated us with respect and professionalism. I appreciated they cleaned up everything when they were done. They have great sense of humors too. We enjoyed having them all and would recommend HQ Services.

Gage showed up in the promised time frame and went right to work to diagnose the issue with the ac unit. He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had regarding the repair. Gage and the service hq team out of augusta ks were absolutely terrific. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC help! Hats off to service hq.

My small problem turned out to require a big solution but they got it done. Seth did a great job, especially explaining the how and why of everything to me. I was also pleased that they were able to send someone out quickly, so I didn’t have to wait weeks for repairs.

Mike came out to inspect my furnace with limited information as I do not know much about them. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and get it resolved. I really liked that he wasn’t forceful towards me to buy things I didn’t need and he gave great incite as to proper maintenance (which I will be calling them to come do annually!). I would absolutely recommend and will be using this service in the future!

We had a slight problem w ac unit. Gage came out and did an awesome check of our unit. I’ve had them out on plumbing issue too. Both guys were very informative and knowledgeable. I've had Service HQ doing seasonal maintenance on my system for the past several years (started using them when they were called Mckay's) and have always had a positive experience with them. They did a duct cleaning a couple years ago which I felt was reasonably priced compared to some other companies we got quotes from. My system is about 15 years old and seems to be running quite well. The only issues I have had with it they have handled in a timely and economical manner. Would recommend.

The service from this company is fantastic! We replaced our system a few years ago and the difference in our utility bills has been dramatically better! We live in an older manufactured home and the old system just was not efficient. McKay's not only have great pricing but they have wonderful support and customer service. We just had them out for servicing and they are so professional and helpful.

Michael (Jr.) and Evan of McKay’s Heating & Cooling installed a new Trane Air Conditioning & Heating unit today. I could not be more pleased. They were very professional, pleasant and well-mannered young men! They worked steadily all day and cleaned everything up nicely before leaving. When my old air conditioner quit last week, Michael (Regular) came to fix it and gave me my options on what I could do, as my old unit was OLD! He arranged to bring me a portable AC unit until they could fix mine. Jeff brought it out the next day, hooked it up and made sure it was working correctly. Both gentlemen were very nice and professional! I wasn’t even charged for the use of the portable unit!!
If you are looking for the “real deal”, this company is IT!! Whenever I have needed maintenance in the past, they have always been able to help me the same day. I’m glad to be able to count on them for my air conditioning and heating maintenance!!
