Service HQ

As always, Zach, was professional and courteous which is consistent with the technicians from Service HQ. He was knowledgeable about humidifier which I also had questions about. We recently bought the home and are not as familiar with the system, he was patient and answered all of our questions as well as recommended products that would improve our current system and home.

We had a new AC and Furnace installed. The technician Kian Brown was very helpful and explained the installation and operation process in a detailed and easy to understand manner. We are very impressed by the attention to details and cleaning process afterwards. We are happy to have chosen Service HQ for our future HVAC needs. The next step is to sign up for a service plan.

Chris in the office has great customer service. She was very polite, professional and was able to get me scheduled for service in a reasonable amount of time. Jr and Gage are fantastic. They worked as a team and extra hard to get my floor furnace repaired on top of being very thorough. I highly recommend Service HQ. Did I mention friendly? Really nice people!

We have been using Service HQ for years and have always been very happy with the service we have gotten. Gage has come to our house several times and is always very polite, friendly and knowledgable. I especially like it when I see the same technician year after year. It make me feel more comfortable to see a familiar face and it makes me think Service HQ must be good to their employees. I would highly recommend!

Gage was very professional and explained everything with the problems we had. So we went a new unit and was able to install a new unit the next day. The installer Kian and his Assistant Jeff was was very professional and it was cooled outside so they was good troopers. Thanks to all that came out and help us out

Had a new ac/heat unit installed and I was totally impressed. These guys did an excellent job. I highly recommend them for any of your a/c, heat or plumbing needs. They are most definitely a 5 star company.

Gage and Jarred did a great job on the installation, very professional and friendly, was a pleasure to work with them. And very appreciative that HQ (and Micheal) were able to furnish me with a window unit to tie me over until they were able to get here for the installation. They went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with their work before they left. I highly recommend HQ Services.

We initially called Service HQ for a 2nd opinion on replacing our AC. Not only did they send someone out the same day, our new unit was installed the next day. They beat out a large Wichita based company with a higher grade unit at a lower cost (same brand). Michael & his assistant were professional, kept an incredibly clean work area & were very friendly. We are out of Service HQ’s typical service area, but as long as they’ll keep driving to us, I will 100% continue to use their services.
