Service HQ

I have used Kelly McKay's service for a number of years and have never been disappointed in the responsiveness, expertise and willingness to work with you to get equipment back in running condition. I find them honest and reliable in every way. On the most recent occasion, I needed help when our furnace quit working at night when temperatures were going to be in the teens. I was able to contact a technician at 2:00 AM and get my furnace back in operation. Their expertise and response time is excellent.

Had McKays Service HQ out today to install a new Tankless water heater and take care of some other plumbing needs. I am very happy with their service, they were polite and professional. Seth, Michael and Evan did a great job and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing Heating, cooling or plumbing work. They cleaned up after themselves as well, overall great experience.

I can't say enough good things about the quality of their customer service. Simply outstanding. Very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, punctual.

Would give it a higher rating if you could give more than five stars.

This is a very good and honest company to do business with. The technician that worked on our AC was very polite and nice. He knows what he's doing and asked us first before adding coolant to our unit. He explained to us what our options were in detail. This was the 2nd time we have used this company and will use them again. I highly recommend this company.

I just want to thank service HQ for getting someone out quickly to repair my heater, prompt service and Chelsea on the phone was very patient with me and helped accommodate my needs with my busy schedule! Thank you service HQ!! Highly recommend!

Gage and Michael came out today to service our heater. They were here within about an hour of the request for service. Very professional and friendly, informative, and even suggested a few new ways I could improve the quality of air in my home and get rid of most allergins. Highly recommend Service HQ! Thanks guys!

When I recently bought my townhouse it came with a home warranty which sounded good at the time. But, after two service calls for the same problem, the igniter would burn out, I asked my daughter who did recent repair work for her. She wholeheartedly recommended this business and Juan specifically. With the warranty I had to wait for two days without heat whereas Juan was here in a couple of hours. He quickly found the problem, repaired my furnace and it has been working exactly right ever since. Because of my confidence in his skill and knowledge, at the same time I signed up for a maintenance plan. I would definitely recommend this company.

Gabe came to our aid today when our furnace quit just as the cold snap hit! He was very knowledgeable and explained what was down on the system thoroughly. With the system being 27 years old, the decision to repair rather than replace is a tough one but there was no pressure to decide today. Gabe laid out all the options very clearly and got our system up and running! Perfect way to handle the situation and a very nice young man.

Zack is very knowledgeable and curtious. Has been here to help us out a couple times now. He is always on time, highly recommend!

We had service HQ come out and check out our heating and cooling unit and mike was great. He checked everything out and let us know what was needing fixed now and what may need some attention later. He explained everything so we could understand and enjoyed his company. I would recommend him and there company to anyone. I got on there maintenance program so the can come back in the spring and stay on top of everything for us. If you need a 5 star company call service HQ and ask for mike , you won't regret it.
