Can’t say enough about this experience. They’re honestly; they knew what they were competing against and were up front with strengths and weaknesses. As we compared the systems the value tipped us to HQ. I hope and trust that with the contract maintenance we will get a full service live from these units. The installers were amazing. They treated our house like it was their own. On time, clean, professional and informative. It was a great all around experience. If you need a new system, reach out to Casey and the HQ team.

My 3rd time using Service HQ (I think Fahnestock now owns them now so kinda confusing calling Service HQ and Fahnestock answers or vice versa. I think they should change it to Service HD by Fahnestock and put their logos along with that company.

This service call was to clean inside coils that was found on scheduled summer HCAV inspection and cleaning last week.

Tech was on time (actually early), professional appearance and put booties on his shoes when entering.

Upon completion of cleaning I was thoroughly briefed on any mechanical problems that were found...even had pics so I could see and found that the coils were covered in debri and dog hair from the previous owner. I don't think the previous owner ever had them cleaned. They had 2 big dogs and a lot of hair.

After cleaning the coils were spotless and tech wanted to make sure I saw how much debri and hair that was removed.

I am signed up with a bi annual maintenance plan which is a great price $199. Discounts on service calls and parts labor. Coil cleaning charge $255 was under what other companies were charging (295- to $375).

Service HQ came to my rescue! I was without heat on 2 floors of my home for 19 days. Old system went down December 23, 2022. The windchill at night was -19. I called numerous companies trying to get repairs. I finally gave up and decided to buy new. I ended up calling Service HQ. Wow! I talked with Casey Belknap. I told him my situation and asked when he could come and give me and estimate. He replied as soon as I got off the phone he would be on his way. He arrived as promised. Excellent offer on new units! Casey said the 3 new HVAC units would be installed the first of the week. (This was a Friday afternoon) Again, Service HQ kept their word.
Outstanding workers! All of the men were professional and very well mannered. The men covered the carpets and kept all areas clean.
I couldn’t have asked for better service! Highly Recommended!

requesting a bid, they came that day and we had a bid by 5pm via email. Approved the bid and had a brand new system installed a week later. They didn’t oversell us; we got what we needed. The installation crew was excellent and friendly. ⭐️

Zach Gorges and Brian did an outstanding job installing a new compressor! They worked in 103 degree temperature to get my system up and working again! I can’t say enough good things about them! So nice and professional! Would absolutely recommend this company!!

Techs are not properly trained to do A/C repairs. Don’t hold your breath when they say they will call you (you will have to be the one calling them, EVERY TIME!) Scheduled to be at our house at 8am, didn’t show up until 9:30 because he had to pick up parts they were supposed to have the afternoon before (and of course, no phone call or communication!) Tech also had the audacity to bring his terrible attitude after making us wait TWO WEEKS to get repairs done (and yes, it’s been HOT!) Also told my husband he needs to call their office and apologize! If I could give zero stars it’s still more than they deserve!!!

We purchased a heating / cooling inspection & service plan for the heat / air conditioning. The technician that came out with a trainee was hurried, poked a hole in the boot connecting the inside unit to the distribution trunk, then drilled a hole in one of the A/C ducts without telling me why or what he was doing. These holes were for thermometers. He checked everything out inside and closed everything up. They went outside to inspect the unit out there. When he walked right back into my home without knocking, he began rattling a laundry list of issues that were wrong and prices so fast I couldn’t keep up. Instead of be patient and explaining what was found; he asked if I wanted it fixed. I was furious, first because when they arrived they began to walk in without ringing the doorbell or knocking, did that again after inspecting the outdoor unit, was not informative or explain when poking holes in the system, began to get aggressive when I called him out about common courtesy so I ordered them out of my home and off my property. I followed them out and told him I should contact his company. After a wave of his arm I told him I was calling now. I spoke with his manager as he was putting the unit back together. I have used this company before and they were great..,

My parents used this business, here is what my Dad had to say. They called prior to arrival, 15 minutes, they even showed up ahead of schedule which was much appreciated. They introduced their team and then they got right to work. They worked very hard and all day long. They were very considerate of their surroundings, covering all surfaces they could potentially come in contact with due to being inside, outside, in the attic and under the house. They were very congenial and continued to update him throughout the day with the progress being made and what work still needed to be done. They finished the installation, cleaned up after themselves. They took the time to answer his questions and did a through talk through of the new equipment. They had complete customer satisfaction and would highly recommend them!!! The salesman that originally made contact at my parents request even came by to check on the progress in the middle of the day. My Dad felt like this was OUTSTANDING service.

They were very, very helpful and accommodating on a late Sunday afternoon. That was extremely hot. Their guy, Gage, went out of his way to show me what was going on and why certain things were not working. Very quick turnaround. Extremely cordial and I'll be using them in the future.
The guy stopped on his day off and on his way out to the lake. And didn't bat an eye about taking his time to make sure to answer all my questions.
