We just had McKay's put in a new Trane air handler for us and it is amazing! Our house went from 87 degrees to 74 degrees within an hour! The three technicians who helped us were amazing ! So polite and professional! They arrived at the stated time and stayed until the job was complete. I would highly recommend McKay's for any heating or cooling issues !

Pepper did an outstanding job. He stuck with system check until he found a very minor coolant leak. He explained every step and options fully. Very polite and personable. He made sure to keep feet clean and wore mask indoors. I want him to return for my fall service

Furnace went out overnight and Juan showed up the same morning and got our house heated back up real fast! Did an excellent job at explaining what had happened and walked me through all my available options. Extremely professional and I am very glad I chose them to put in our new units!

The guys came out right away and got us up and running with heat right away! So thankful they could come out right away and get our heater working. I was extremely satisfied with the work done to install a new hvac unit. The crew was very professional and friendly. They have followed up to be sure we were happy with the unit and the work. We just had our first maintenance check and again am very pleased with the professional and friendly staff.

I contacted Service HQ on behalf of my elderly parents, requested a quote and received a reply within a minute. They contacted my parents and scheduled a time to come out and assess their situation the very same day. I was beyond impressed with the professionalism and courtesy my parents and I received. Less than 24 hours from my initial online quote request the guys were hard at work replacing the ac unit and furnace in my parents home.
I can’t express enough how impressed I am with the professionalism, the conscientiousness, the integrity of these guys and of this company. They have given us more then a quality updated unit...they have given us peace of mind. My mom can’t stop talking about how happy she is with it all and that makes me so very grateful. I have used McKay's several times in that past couple of years. I have always been impressed with their service and knowledge. I feel safe letting them in my home, mainly because I have dealt with the same techs every time. I am extremely appreciative of their service and mostly customer service. They really do care about their customers well being!

I want to say a big Thank You to Troy, Seth and the folks at Service HQ. They went to crazy lengths to unclog our kitchen sink. Unfortunately, they had to come out multiple times to get the job completely done. But, the thing is they persisted. They weren't put out. They didn't complain. They just go the job done! And for that I heartily commend and recommend Service HQ. And... they went through our home warranty company and our cost was absolutely minimal. That always helps! Thanks again Troy and Seth.

Came to our cabin at Fall River and no AC in 97degree heat. Michael came after hours and got us set right up. So thankful you guys were able to come out and take care of us

5.22.19 We recently h ad them out again to quote us on a replacement Heating and Air system. We were extremely happy as our job was large requiring a 5 ton unit. It took 3 days and the guys were extremely nice, courteous of our house. Its nice to have proper working air again.

We received a quote from others but it was just replacing a unit that was 3 ton, and not upgrading to accommodate for the large amount of space needed. We greatly appreciate them letting us know what would be adequate.

12.16.19 Seth came out to fix a clogged drain in our tub last week and he was unable to get it. Pretty sure the kids had a toy down there! LOL

He came back the following monday and was able to get us a new drain put in that works great and we finally have a clear drain!!! Thanks so much for the quick and efficient service!!! Always recommend these guys!
