Had an issue with a clog in our kitchen sink sewer line. They were able to get out quickly, and solved the issue within 30 minutes. Friendly, professional technicians, did a great job!

Part 2 - we had Seth and his team come out to install a sewer clean out. They did another awesome job and went the extra mile to do it right! Highly recommend!

Part 3 🙂 had Gage and team out to prepare our furnace for the winter. Great work and also signed up for their maintenance plan.

Our old heating system quit. The company that installed it no longer services their equipment so we called Service HQ. They came out within a couple of hours, showed us exactly what was wrong, and gave us plenty of information to make a decision on how to move forward.
The technicians that came out to do the work were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and got the job done in a timely manner. In fact they were done much quicker than we expected.
We would definitely recommend this business to friends and family.

Serviceman was polite, friendly, professional; worked me into a busy schedule on a Saturday morning during a heat wave when he had many other scheduled jobs, arrived within promised time parameters, diagnosed and repaired ac compressor and performed seasonal maintenance, returned system to optimal performance, all for a reasonal fee, even though it was a weekend morning. The outside temperatures are forecast to reach 106°; I don't say it lightly - bless this young man! I know this is a "first world" problem, but he and his company saved an old lady and her pets from suffering in the heat!

Zach was friendly & very efficient. Gave me some info on a Solace Air filter & I have to admit, I'm very interested! He was very informative & a good sales person. Not pushy, just had the facts & a pamphlet & had 1 in the van that he showed me. He understood how it functioned & dumbed it down for me.

A/C went out Saturday night with temps over 100 degrees. Out of town family had just arrived for a 5 day stay. HQ came out by noon on Sunday. Determined it was best to replace A/C unit and furnace. Comfort specialist came out on Monday and all work was completed on Thursday.

They did a professional and solid job at a great price.

Excellent communication, timely service, courteous, and professional. Gage was excellent. Tim was also excellent. I only give 5 stars for surprise benefits so a 4 star from me signifies a job well done. I would recommend this company highly.

We were having problems with our heat pump not working and placed a service call. We scheduled an appointment and they sent Gage VanArsdale out to perform the repairs. He arrived promptly and worked on the unit and had to order parts but got it running temporarily. After the parts were in he came back out and made the final repairs. Gage is a very pleasant young man and did a great job of getting our unit up and running. I highly recommend doing business with this company and will be utilizing them for future maintenance and repairs as needed. Gage is the quality of employee that most companies strive to have working for them and Service HQ is lucky to have him.

No one wants to deal with heating or AC issues and no one wants to have to replace their system - especially right before the holidays, but Service HQ made it a painless process.
They have top notch communication with texts that include a photo of the person coming to your home - a stellar safety factor! And calls from the techs when they are heading to you home.
Juan came out and diagnosed the issue and went over all our options so we could make the best decision for our situation. No hard sales!

Very good communication. Serviceman was very knowledgeable, efficient. No wasting of time got straight on the job. Is very nice to be able to rely on a company to come out and on a freezing day, literally!! Still with a smile he is the most pleasant person, the receptionist was wonderful too! they have great communication and kept contact with us to let us know exactly when the serviceman would arrive if you want a good air conditioning heating company this is the one for you!
