Service HQ

Very impressed with Service HQ! I’m a senior citizen on a fixed income and they said they’d work with me on the bill. I had called 3 other outfits prior to Service HQ, and they all said that basically they didn’t care, and needed payment at time of service. I was very impressed with Anthony, his professionalism, and willingness to answer my dumb questions, LOL! I would definitely recommend them to everyone! And if I ever need service on my heat/air conditioning unit again, I’ll definitely be calling them!

Amazing guys to work with! Honest, hard working, get the job done right the first time! Maintenance is outstanding and prices are very reasonable! I do home management at a local ranch and have almost 20 units that they maintain for us. They are great to try to keep the older ones up and running as long as possible and very reasonable and efficient when they need to replace a unit. They are also quick to send someone if you are in a pinch! I highly recommend them on a professional and personal level! The yearly service agreement is worth every penny! I have worked with two other local companies but these guys blew them out of the water on cost and service! Thank you McKay's for taking such good care of not just my family but the entire ranch!

On 7/9/21 I was so excited to get my new Trane heating, air and ducts cleaned. The reason I give it 2 stars in the beginning is because mainly the duct cleaning although the heating and air is superb Minus the fact the intake pipe was disconnected after they were done and the thermostat still not working right out of the box "still waiting on a thermostat to come in".

Update 7/20/21 I am extremely satisfied and they have came through and fixed everything that was wrong no questions asked! I absolutely love the new heating and air! They are a man of their word and I will definitely keep using them as I have in the years past! They fixed the thermostat, duct cleaning, and the pipe that was disconnected.Thanks guys and keep up the awesome customer service! Customer service I thought was a thing of the past but not with these guys they will make it right as I am a good example. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I found both guys very nice and polite. They did the repair and explained everything they did. I dont like to hang over the guys or anyone else that is doing projects for us. Being a contractor myself a few years ago I know what I have a tough time with . You can usually knos a good experience after their projects are done. The guys did very good work.

I have been a customer of McKay's for a number of years now. I have always been happy with their service and customer support. I purchased a new AC/Furnace from them and there were no hidden costs. They swarmed the house and got it done quickly and cleaned up leaving no trace they were there. I have recommended them to several friends who were not disappointed.

Mr. Vanarsdale was very professional and kind. The furnace was blowing cold air and then he fixed it then it was blowing hot air it was very nice of him to fix it!!

I joined the yearly plan that is good deal for someone to check my old a/c unit to know how's it doing!
This is an amazing group of people that work together helping people like me!

Gage and Bryan came and inspected my HVAC and found a problem, so now I am trying to figure out how to get it fixed, Gage is checking out my options!

Our furnace quit working on the coldest day of the year. I called Service HQ and they sent Tech Juan out at 8 pm. He was very nice, knowledgeable, assessed the problem, had the part with him, replaced the part, and we were back in business. Great job!!

Mike Woods and Pepper were right on time.....covered there shoes with booties....and watched as they did a very thorough job.....more than any other company I have used. Both were congenial. All together a very positive experience. When I heard there was a freeze warning, I was afraid my faucet had froze....when I checked they had disconnected the hose and put it back. Great service ...great guys. Highly recommended.

Yes You couldn’t meet a nicer, friendly service person than Juan.Your company has great folks. I was very impressed with the professionalism display by the two people I contacted at your company. Who were Juan and Carli. I’m extremely satisfied with my experience and would recommend this company to anybody. And also very happy I will be buying a new air conditioner. Well done folks.

I had Service HQ install a new air conditioner last June and everyone that I encountered was very professional and personable. They answered all of my questions with knowledge and grace. I had my air conditioner serviced this week for it's yearly maintenance and Juan was so nice. He was professional and explained everything he did. I feel this company really cares about their customers .
