Andrew was very professional and kind. He assisted me with all issues I needed addressed in the house, along with explaining the work he was doing and what was involved with it. He detected a gas leak in an area I was unsure about, and did a professional job fixing the issue. The amount paid was well worth the labor Andrew put into the job.

I highly recommend both this company and Andrew. I contacted them in the morning, and the issue was resolved by early afternoon. Will be contacting Golden Rule for all needed jobs going forward.

Derek was our tech and he did an amazing job. I was really upset that I had to get a new garbage disposal, but he provided me with a few options that I could pick from. All the other plumbers I called, didn’t have an opening for a few days, but my disposal needed fixed asap, they were able to squeeze me in last minute. Thanks for quick response time, and efficient service. Much appreciated!

The technician did an excellent job servicing our older HVAC system. He took photos and explained what he found. He was polite, knowledgeable, and interacted well with our dog.

Our smoke detectors hadn't worked in four plus years. During our complementary electrical inspection golden rule technicians were able to identify what was wrong and we were able to schedule a time for them to come back and repair it. They were done in 15 minutes tops. Fantastic job and they explained exactly what they did. Even explain to how we could do it ourselves in the future.

Had a leak from our kitchen sink into the basement. Tech came out and diagnosed "bad glue on the joins" and bid $2k to replace all of the drain piping from sink to sewer. Expanded this to push for $10k to replace all of the PVC in the house. Never looked at the area the leak was coming from.

Had he inspected more closely he would have found a screw through the drain pipe and arrived at a different solution, which is what another plumber diagnosed in under five minutes.

Inexperienced tech looking for a quick buck and failed to listen to our concerns. We paid him for his visit and found a more experienced plumber.

Henry and Mike arrived promptly after the notification phone call from Golden Rule. They made sure to put on shoe coverings to avoid any chance of soiling the floors in our home. They were task oriented and tackled the problem with our shower and one of our toilets. Henry had to go to DM to pick up a new stool. While he was gone Mike removed the old stool making the installation of the new one go quickly and smoothly upon Henry’s return. The shower repair was simple and completed swiftly. These two young men were polite, good-humored, and efficient in their work. They removed all the cartons and left the room as tidy as they found it. They are excellent representatives of their company.
