The copper pipe for my outdoor hose faucet cracked and soaked my finished basement. I left a message on Golden Rule's website late at night and they contacted me early the next morning. A plumber met me at my house that morning and fixed the issue within an hour. Great service, worth the cost.

The install duo came out and got down to work. Friendly men, explained all the tasks that were going to performed. They did a superb job. Very happy with work & communication from all parties with Golden Rule.

Jordan came out to perform a check of the heating and air conditioning system for the advertised $49.99. He was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. He showed us photos, and explained everything needed in great detail. We would absolutely recommend Golden Rule to anyone!

Andre thoroughly inspected the issue I was having with my kitchen drain. Once the issue was assessed, he and his crew showed up ready to do the work, they were timely and professional.

Ramon left our basement so *SLEEK*. He was methodical and assured both form and function, moving our pipes from their previously inconvenient location to a more secluded but just as easily accessible place. Our home is slightly over a year old. The builder saved some money by buying installing an inadequately sized electric water heater. We tried making it work for our family, but it just couldn't keep up with our needs.

After meeting with a technician last week and going over some of our needs and wants, he suggested a tankless system. We also discussed installing a water softener at the same time since some of our family experiences sensitive skin.

We were met with a little sticker shock, but it wasn't anything we felt was out of line. We were pleased with the technicians knowledge, professionalism, and caring attitude, so we decided to go ahead with the installation, along with 5 years of tank cleanings for the heater. He suggested they could have the work done that very afternoon, but it didn't work for our schedule. We scheduled the installation for this morning.

The installation went smoothly, looks extremely professional (mich better than the work the builders plumber did), and left the work area clean (along with plenty of salt for the softener). Prior to leaving, they went over operating the heater and softer with my wife. The installation took the better part of the morning.

We hope to be using Golden Rule in the future for some planned projects as well as for our other mechanical maintenance needs.

Jamie & Andrew came out this morning to do a plumbing inspection of our entire house. They recommended we replace the water hoses on my Maytag which is 29 years old and had never been changed. I’m very happy for the recommendation because we asked them to do the work and they did it immediately. They also stopped a leak in a bathroom sink with replacing a gasket. They both were professional, friendly, and courteous. I’m so thankful for Golden Rule! Their employees are the best!
