Lenz Heating & Cooling

I am very pleased with Lenz. With our Twins on the way and a 1 and a half year old we couldn’t afford a new furnace unit and ours wasn’t working! I’m so thankful they worked with us and found a unit for free for us! They really treated us like family and I’m so very thankful for lenz and for one of the best heating and air guys I’ve met Brandon! The installation was done well and in a timely manner. I will be using them in the future. They didn’t have to go out of the way like they did but Thanks Lenz for everything, you honestly don’t know how much this means to me and my family!

We were impressed with the professionalism of Lenz from the first phone call we made. They promised to return our call the next day, which they did. They provided an emergency number if our problem needed an immediate response (we didn't). As I scheduled an appointment for our air conditioner yearly check, I was amazed when I was told the cleaning/check-up was free in thanks for my husband's military service! They called the day before to give us our arrival window, and also called the day of the appt when they were on the way. The 2 who arrived where neat, clean, professional and so polite. They got right to work and cleaned up after themselves. We highly recommend Lenz to everyone, especially veterans. We will be lifelong customers. Give them a try, you will be glad you did.

Lenz offered a good selection of quality brands for our furnace and AC replacement. They were able to put us on their schedule for three days out, and had it all done in a day. The install looked very well done and they cleaned up the whole area before leaving. However, what impressed me the most about Lenz is that the owner himself came to give us our quotes and offer any and all discounts he could think of. Then, he returned after the installation to address any concerns and questions I had. Lenz went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with their service. And I must say that we are.

Josh was extremely professional and did a great job explaining what he did and how the new thermostat he installed worked! Lenz is just an overall great company. They are always available and I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of. Thank you for all you do!

Lenz H&C installed my furnace and A/C 3 years ago and did a fantastic job; they're quick, clean, and professional. This year a capacitor went bad on the A/C, Josh showed up right at the scheduled time and had the problem diagnosed & repaired in no time at all. He stayed around, in the noon-time sun, just to make sure the unit cooled and continued to run smoothly. The follow-up phone call I got the next day from Bailey(?) to see if everything was working okay was very nice. Good job everyone, I highly recommend Lenz Heating & Cooling.

Freddie was great to have come to do our system maintenance. Not only was he quick and efficient he was also personable as always. Lenz always impresses me with the fact that I was called with an earlier appointment if I wanted. Fantastic company to work with.
We received several quotes for a new heating/cooling system. We chose Lenz Heating and Cooling because Al Lenz came out himself to check our old system and he was very honest and trustworthy. Plus they were the best quote and so easy to work with. And we love the ecobee smart thermostat.
Josh came out today for an A/C check and once again very professional and informative.

First time customer of Lenz and was super impressed with process and how they called me the day before and then sent me a text with a picture of the rep when they were on their way. JOSH was great to work with when he got here and was able to answer all my questions about the service agreement I signed up for and all the benefits that come with that. Would definitely recommend Lenz if friends and family ask who we use!
