My husband and I were so impressed with the level of professionalism, dedication, and customer service. On the morning of installation there were 4 to 5 trucks there all day long until everything was completed.

All of the employees speak very highly of this business, it is veteran owned and is a well respected business. The employees stated the owner treats them very well and appreciates all they do!

We highly recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC needs.

Lenz Heating and Cooling continues to impress. They are organized, timely, knowledgeable and professional. They replaced my AC and furnace at the beginning of the summer. The AC is wonderful and much more energy efficient than my old unit. They follow up with their service to make sure everything is working and that I know how to use it. They follow up with maintenance appointments and send timely reminders. Their technicians are are helpful, polite and know what they are talking about and can explain it easily to those who do not. I look forward to continuing to work with them in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone who has need of a new AC or furnace or maintenance on existing systems.

Updating my review as this company continues to be amazing! They truly care about making sure every last thing is working properly and go above and beyond for things like mold in a tube or some scratches on a thermostat. It's rare to find companies that actuslly care about what they do but Lenz 100 percent does.

Lenz Heating & Cooling did an outstanding job installing our new system. They were very polite, forthcoming, and was able to answer any and all of my questions when I had them. They were very courteous especially since it was nap time for my work, but they were able to accomplish everything that they came to do. I couldn't be happier with my new system especially with colder weather coming our way. Again I say thank you to Lenz Heating and Cooling for coming and setting up my system and ensuring that it was working properly and effectively before leaving.

Our water heater went out. We called another company who quoted a high price for a replacement. I didn’t know so scheduled an appointment. My husband talked to Al Lenz who quoted a much better price so we moved to Lenz on Friday where they were able to come first thing Monday to replace. On time, super nice, very clean, efficient. Great company. Thank you Glen and Jeff for the good work you did. Our old water heater was leaking so much water they worked to get it out a different door to save my house from being a nippy mess. And also gave love to my dog. Brownie points … very caring nice people.

Good service deserves a good price. Excellent Service, when your AC is down and out, is invaluable. And when it is timely and prompt, then its the difference between being miserable due to a hot home and being pleasant in a matter of minutes when you call Lenz. Al and his team and I have worked over the years and he and the folks there are always prompt at responding, always on time or ahead of time (like today), and always so quick and thorough in resolving the issue. Today's service was way above and beyond EXCELLENT! Thank you!!

My furnace went out, and while it couldn't be fixed today, Lenz was able to get someone out within hours of me calling and give me a generally idea of what might be wrong. Many other companies were scheduling a week or more out with extensive service charges, so I know who I am turning to for any future HVAC issues.
