This is a wonderful company! It has the best people working for it. They are professional, skilled, knowledgeable, competent, and friendly. They changed out a thermostats for me at no cost due to my lack of technological skills. You will never be sorry you used them.

Freddie was absolutely amazing! He arrived to my home early, ready to repair my HVAC system. He was so professional and attentive. I originally thought I needed both the motor and the electrical board replaced, but Freddie did an in depth diagnostic and found that only the electrical board was the problem. Where other companies would have unnecessarily charged for both, Freddie was honest. I'm truly thankful for the service Freddie provided! I'll continue to use Lenz for all my HVAC needs!!

I discovered on Sunday morning that my hot water heater was leaking. I called Lenz and Jenny answered my call. In a matter of a few minutes, she sent me a quote for a new hot water heater. I accepted the quote. She made sure I had hot water until they could get to my home to install my new hot water heater. On Tuesday morning, Curtis & Cole, installed my new hot water heater. They also informed me of a leak in my bathtub drain. I wasn't aware how bad it was until they informed me of it. Thanks to them, I had a plumber come in and take care that issue also. Lenz Heating & Cooling is a great company!!!
