Wow! Andrew from Golden Rule just got done installing a new kitchen sink, disposal, and faucet. He also replaced our much needed shut-off valves. In addition to his incredible work, he was so fun to be around! He paid careful attention to every detail, and kept us informed of every step along the way. He cleaned up everything, even the old sink. There's a reason why we continue to renew our annual service contract with Golden Rule! We highly recommend them!

I highly recommend Golden Rule. Our AC went out on the Saturday of Memorial Day. I made an appointment for Tuesday morning on their website, thinking there was no chance during a holiday weekend of getting them out here. They called me first thing Sunday and said they could be out that morning. They came out and got our AC running enough to cool us off for the weekend. They came back Tuesday and replaced our very old and inefficient AC and Heater. The price was fair, every person I dealt with was beyond friendly. They took special measures to keep our house clean while they worked and keep me updated on every step. I would say they abide by their namesake the Golden Rule.

I have dealt with three different technicians from Golden Rule. They were all very personable and knowledgeable. Our plumbing inspection turned out well. One thing I can say is that they do give a free membership to veterans which includes two HVAC inspections, and, one plumbing and one electrical per year.

Dennys was terrific. He explained the various system plans and recommended which one we should take. He gave us 4 options and told us to forget the 2 highest priced ones as they were more than we needed! He was able to set up installation for the next day!

They were very professional and not pushy for us to buy new furnace and air conditioner even though ours are 20 years old. We did choose to sign up for the gold plan for air and furnace checks twice a year. We are very happy with their service. Highly recommend them!

I called Golden Rule to have an estimate done for a new water heater. I was told by dispatcher that I would receive an estimate on the cost before the rep left my house. I had to ask their representative several times what the cost was. He didn't want to give it. When he finally said it......a ridiculously high amount of $4,000!!! Many of fb friends said they had their water heaters replaced for $2k or less. A plumber friend (from IN) said he was offended by that estimate. Get different estimates before having this company do work for you.

Justin and Jeff fixed my electricity issue. They were on time and very professional throughout the process. They diagnosed the issue in a timely manner. I have seen the Golden Rule van around my neighborhood lately so I thought I give them a try and glad I did!

The work performed by the two individuals who completed the job was top notch from beginning to end. They were very thorough in their work, answered questions with consideration, and represented their employer with utmost professionalism. We were beyond satisfied!

Second time I've had Golden Rule come out for plumbing issues and on each occasion they were quick and efficient. Registered as a Gold Club member today so the visit was $99, which includes 3 visits per year for heating, cooling & plumbing tune-ups and a 10% discount off repairs. Also, enjoyed my conversation with today's tech (Michale) and was pleased to learn they are supporting his continued education. Good show.
