Landon explained procedures and answered my questions the day before service was done. Roberto and his crew did an excellent job replacing ALL the plumbing pipes inside my 100-120 year old house. I highly recommend Golden Rule to anyone needing their services.

Brandon was great and very professional. I had a clogged bathroom faucet and he was able to take care of that in no time. I signed up for their membership because I know I'll need their expertise later! He was very informative on what could be the issue(s) and explained all that he would need to do while he was here. Golden rule was able to get us in the next day. Brandin was our tech. He was awesome! He was extremely personable. Communicated everything with us the entire time. Pointed out other issues and gave an honest professional opinion about whether to get it fixed or not. He went through all the repair options before proceeding. The repairs were done thoroughly. Julian Nolvela (technician) came out to check on my furnace and A/C today. This was the first time I have ever used this company for anything. They really respect people who serve in the Military and first responders. I was a little skeptical about there service, until I experienced it today. I have to say that Julian was not only friendly, but very informative and listened very good! He did a thorough checkup of my whole system and let me know the results in a detailed and understandable manner. Just because of my wonderful experience with Julian today, I will definitely keep going to Golden Rule in the future for any of my A/C or furnace needs. Special kudos to John that was with him at the time! Both were extremely friendly and professional and answered all of my questions! Thanks Golden Rule and Julian!!

Paul was fabulous! He was kind, friendly, efficient, and didn’t try to push any services on me. I appreciated that multiple options were provided and pricing was laid out prior to anything being done.

Brandon inspected the furnace and pointed out issues that were happening with it. It was decided that I would get a new furnace AC and water heater. They are replacing it tomorrow and I am pleased with efficiency of the firm. Brandon was very pleasant to deal with.

Skyler was friendly and informative on the job. He explained every step he took while fixing the leak and cleaned up after himself before he left. I will definitely call Golden Rule for any problems that arise in the future, Patrick

I hired them to fix a leaky shut off valve for a toilet. Because my house wasn't flooding and I had another toilet, they could not prioritize me for same day service but did guarantee they would have someone come out the next day (which I was fine with).

They fixed the problem as well as did a couple of other items at the same time that I had been putting off, like installing new shut off valves for my sinks, replacing the other toilet shut off valve, and replacing a toilet. The tech, Landon, did a great job providing suggestions and options for the problems. He even provided options up front if something went wrong with one of the items and was upfront on the pricing on everything. I really appreciated his honesty and his professionalism. He did a great job.

For reference, there is a $72 travel fee if you do not use their services. That fee is waived if they complete work for you.
