Cooper was great! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Talked me through everything and fixed all our issues. I would definitely recommend Golden Rule!

Great diagnostic and service. Paul was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to answer our questions after thoroughly explaining all possible options for repairs. Honestly, Paul was most helpful in putting us at ease, and there is something to be said for a company that responsibly manages customer expectations.

So, since writing the above, we decided to tackle a list of plumbing and electrical updates/repairs.
Electrical: Angus, Cody, Hollister and Anthony from Golden Rule did a fantastic job. They relocated outlets and switches, installed light fixtures, replaced outdated circuits and panel. Grounded the electric in our detached garage, and replaced light fixtures. We are pleased with the end results and very happy we chose Golden Rule.
Plumbing: Paul, Michael and Eric were pretty busy with the plumbing list- they repaired a broken sink line and replaced a leaky main line. Two jobs that required coordination with other companies and the utility company. Golden Rule took care of everything from our list, pulling permits and cleaning up the work area.
And I also have to leave a quick note about working with the office staff at Golden Rule. A genuine pleasure. Ally, Derek and Eric were very helpful and promptly addressed our questions. They made us feel like valued customers and that is what sets this company apart from all others, in my opinion. I can confidently recommend calling Golden Rule for plumbing AND electric repairs.

I was very pleased with customer service and how fast I was able to get unit fixed. Evan was very helpful in my first experience as a homeowner having air conditioning issues. He took the time to explain and pass on his knowledge. I highly recommend Golden Rule and Evan for all your heating, cooling, and plumbing needs.

He did an amazing job and did really well on what needed to be done very satisfied and he was straightforward with me. He helped with different options and was forward with pricing and all that I need to do to upgrade and improve my house over all an awesome experience and an amazing person.

Fred and Will were amazing stewards of the company. You should be extremely proud. They were very thorough in their investigation and explanations, as well as getting my A/C up and running in an incredibly expedient fashion.

Lance is hell of a guy. Very knowledgeable and straight forward. I appreciate someone who doesn't sugar coat. My unit is 18 years old and rather than telling me to replace everything under the sun he gave me his honest opinion. Looking forward to doing business with Golden Rule and glad I signed up for the Gold Membership!

Extremely professional and caring service. Small communication error caused a second trip on the water softener installation. It was handled very timely and at our convenience!! We are very satisfied!!!

I noticed my Water heater was dripping on the basement floor at 7am. I called at 8am they were here by Noon and priced out many options tankless, 40-50 Gallon Tanks with 12-18 month no interest financing. My wife and I were busy with our newborn baby so they came back the next morning and installed our new water heater. They installed the last one which was here when we bought the house...it lasted 18 years. Brandon and Tanner were great with everything so were Cesar and Joe. Would buy again, highly recommend. Gage and Santiago did a great job. They were very courteous. Took their time and explained the process. They weren’t pushy about add on services. Overall very impressed with this company and will use them again.
