Replace 1996 Furnace and AC with high efficiency system. Greens technicians were AWESOME. Zach Brichetto did a great job explaining my options. Josh Jones and one other team member did the install. They were polite and helpful. Very knowledgeable able to offer suggestions but not pushy. I needed to keep cost down but had some special concerns that they listened to and found good solutions to meet my needs. Excellent craftsmanship left me knowing I made the right choice selecting Greens for my HVAC replacement. Thanks

Green Appliance Heating and Cooling was amazing to work with. They were able to send a technician earlier than we expected. I booked an appointment online and they called the following morning with an earlier appointment time availability. From start to finish the request to look at our AC was flawless. They kept us informed when the technician would be on the way and reviewed with us any information they needed to complete the request. The technician, Brady Wenner, was polite and attentive has he addressed the issue of no air flow from our air conditioner. He was quick with his inspection of the unit and knowledgeable in the issue we were having. In the same amount of time he was able to get our AC up and running again. Before departure, He gave us clear and concise instructions on what we could do to address any future issues we may have with the unit. He didn't try to sell us anything we didn't promptly need but did let us know that our units life expectancy was nearing its capacity and advised us that we should expect having to replacement our outdated unit in the future. Overall we are extremely relieved and happy with the service we received. 10/10 would call again

Josh Jones and Manny arrived on time and did an excellent job installing our new furnace and water heater. We are very happy with their efficiency and expertise. They were fast, friendly, and did not leave a mess. Josh went over how everything works, and answered our questions well. Nice work! We will be calling Greens again for our HVAC needs!

A later visit with Brandon went great! He checked over our AC and made a few adjustments that were needed, and he did a great job! Brandon also took the time to explain what we needed and why. I appreciate this way of doing business!

My furnace was serviced yesterday and it was found that it had to be shut off due to safety concerns. This was first thing in the morning. By lunch we had Joey come out and take a look at our home and went over all our options. By the afternoon we had everything agreed upon and Joey stated he could have our issue fixed by the following day. Today Curtis showed up and he was ready to install the furnace, AC, and new thermostat. They were quick, clean, and mindful when working in and around our home. The professionalism was exceptional and I will continue to use Greens services moving forward.

MARK, a Technician, came out to check about a furnace issue & maintenance on the AC. He was great! He explained really well the furnace issue, we talked about better filtering for my allergies, asthma & higher efficiency! The AC definitely needed to be replaced, it had very serious issues due to it's age! Mark showed pictures with the issues from both. He was excellent, & explained things really well! Mark is polite, very friendly, a very knowledgeable expert w/20 years of experience, a very professional technician! I highly recommend Mark!!!

JOEY, in Sales, came out to discuss the financial part of buying my furnace and AC from Greens! Joey was great! He is very polite, friendly & very professional & an expert in explaining many things; also options available for the furnace & AC that might affect pricing. Joey was very patient in listening & answering my questions! I appreciated Joey his help and understanding! I also enjoyed our visit! I appreciated hearing about his background too! Joey, had been technician for a number of years, which he enjoyed! So Joey is an experienced expert on the technology side, which I think goes along well as a professional & exceptionally knowledgeable person in Sales! I highly recommend Joey!!!

JESSE, an Installer & his co-worker DYLAN, arrived right on time! They were great, very friendly, polite & professional & went right to work, to install my new furnace and AC! Jesse & Dylan, began their work! I was extremely impressed with their procedures! They worked quietly!. Everything they did just flowed very smoothly! So when taking a part the old furnace & removing parts to outside, was in an organized fashion! Then installing the new furnace & AC, their procedures were the same in reverse! Everything was done neat and tidy! They worked continuously until their job was done! I was very surprised & impressed how quickly they completed the installations by early afternoon! Jesse & Dylan were great! I appreciated Jesse showing me a couple of things how they worked, and he answered my questions! i was very pleased with their very efficient & excellent work! I'm so very happy with my new furnace & AC! I highly recommend Jesse & his co-worker Dylan!!!

Wow, Keegan and Isiah were the best installers I have ever had. We ran into a number of problems getting the appliance into the kitchen and they went above and beyond and then some to make it happen. They were both so pleasant and professional. I could not have been more pleased. I recommend them and Greens Appliance without any reservations. It is nice working with a local company that has such great customer service.

Brady arrived our home on a hot 4th of July, well short of the 24hr window his company had promised, polite with a smile on his face. He quickly addressed the issue causing our AC to not work, corrected the issue, checked to ensure the AC was working at capacity, and left our home and yard clean. Clean, honest, and dependable… Not sure what more I could ask for.

I can’t say enough about Mike Pederson. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and I felt like he truly listened to me and then offered solutions! This after spending weeks not getting anywhere with the people I spoke to at Frigidaire. My whole experience with Green’s has been wonderful. Working with Joey on the Sales side was great. He provided a great deal of information and walked me through all my options and never made me feel like I need to rush or I was asking too many questions.
