The phone technician did a good job on taking my information. This was the first time I’ve gone through this process so I was pleased. David was knowledgeable and transparent about my furnace issues. He made recommendations but admitted the ball was in my court. Tom, sales rep, showed up within 20 minutes to review my options. My new furnace will be installed within 24 hours!

Brian did an awesome job reviewing the heating and cooling system at my home. His recommendations to keep the air quality clean inside the house in all seasons seems to be worth it due to the concerns with my sons dust mite allergy! Even though we received bad news about our central air system Shawn from Golden Rule was helpful, courteous and understanding. Because of a bad job on the install from a different company and now out of warranty we have a hefty repair bill. Eric at Golden Rule made it possible with easy quick financing to get the needed work done now instead of waiting and suffering through the coming July heat. The crew from Golden Rule came out the next day and got the work done and explaining each step of the way. I give them high marks for their great customer service attitude, courtesy and going the extra mile.

As much as I hate getting home repairs done, I have never had a bad experience with the technicians at Golden Rule. Always professional and knowledgeable. Most importantly friendly and personable. Michale was very professional in his his work and easy to understand in explaining what was was going to do. He replaced two saddle valves with better quality valves. Although it was a bit pricey he did an overall superior job. Thanks Michale!

Alex was very professional and very knowledgeable about his job. Explained every detail of each step in the inspection process and then the results of the inspection in great detail. Gave a thorough explanation of the costs that were involved and then obtained more discounts from his office. The biggest thing I was impressed with from Alex was that when he found out that I was a Veteran, he immediately called his office and got the Gold Club membership fee waived. I was very impressed with Alex and will recommend him to anyone in need of his services.

Golden Rule answered my call and had a team out immediately. Everyone I talked to was kind, competent, and efficient. Royce, the team leader, performed quality work with great attention to detail. I will definitely be using this team again in the future! In one day they installed our water softener and filter, tested our water and set our softener accordingly. Royce also installed a back flow system in preparation for our irrigation system to be installed. He was very thorough in both his work and in explaining everything we needed to know about the systems we were having installed. I would highly recommend him and his team for any job. We will definitely be back!
