Mason did a fantastic job. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He took the time to answer my questions in a professional manner and did a great job servicing my central air and furnace.

Mr. Rosner was very respectful and professional, I have nothing but good to say about the job he did today. It was thorough and in depth, he explained all my questions and concerns.

Michale did a great job. He was professional, thorough, provided options, and talked us through the different options. As others have mentioned the price was a little higher than we were expecting. However, we called at 8am, Michale was there by noon, and the work was finished by 4:30. Other places we called couldn’t come out for almost a week.

It was a great experience. As a military member they will come out 2x a year to take a look at furnace/AC for free. I had Kyle come out and he annotated that things looked great and even answered some of my own questions. I recommend them because they don't try to sell you on things that don't need fixed or try to get money out of you. I'll be using them in the future for all my repairs if needed.

Brandon and Tanner were awesome! They were kind and professional. They helped us find what would work best for us financially. Would definitely recommend!

Angus was exceptional and showed kindness, patience, professionalism and great knowledge of our issues. He did a fantastic job explaining to us the exact issues we were experiencing and provided recommended options for us to approve for our home. I would highly recommend Angus!!!

We use Golden Rule and have never had anything but GREAT experiences. Jaykub was awesome. Very nice and very knowledgeable and experienced. Diagnosed the issue and also gave us a heads up to be on the lookout for some things in the future. He also had someone with him I think he was training (can’t recall his name but he was also very friendly). Jaykub took care of the issue but also did a great job of helping the person with him gain valuable experience. Once again, Golden Rule was awesome!

Kyle and his supervisor Dustin were very professional and thorough. They even took away my broken dehumidifier as part of the service episode. Highly recommended this Company.

Cooper was our technician for our estimate. He was very prompt, communicated all the details and was very thorough. We certainly appreciate his hard work and how he represents Golden Rule.

If I could give them 10 stars on here I would!!!
Long story short.
"Basement company" installed a new sump pump in my basement and moved it. That company did it soooo wrong they flooded my basement and broke multiple plumbing laws!
Golden rule heath came out and was awesome in telling what the hell the other place did and then his boss beao I dealt with for a week as my middleman between the original company whom was paying to have golden rule fix for their MAJOR screw ups!
All I can say is GOLDEN rule was my knight in shining armour during this nightmare and was very helpful and responsive with helping me deal with the BS from the other company!
They fix all issues instantly!!! And no flooding because golden rule.knows what they are doing!!!
They fixed my plugged basement floor drain ,
Redid the the sump pump plumbing ,installed a new one and replumbed the old tile pipes to the new pump!!!
Trust me!! They guys know their job!!!
I recommend them to everyone when I hear someone needs a plumber!!! They are worst the $$
And they are AWESOME with communication!!!
