Darren H was knowledgeable, professional, and a joy to work with. . When my furnace stopped working at 4am and it was 10F outside, I had called a competing business before calling One Hour, and the competitor's answering service was only able to leave a message for them. When I called One Hour, their dispatcher was able to actually schedule Darren to come out, and that felt way more assuring then just leaving a message! He then called me before coming out and let me know he needed a part before coming, and that was really reassuring, too.

When Darren came out for the service, he was really nice, down to earth, and had more HVAC knowledge than anyone I've ever met! He explained things in a way that helped a new home owner like me understand how to take care of my system, but he did not speak in a way that was confusing or filled with jargon. I'm a technical guy, buy many people are not. Darren's approach to service is something any in-home technician in any industry should aspire to. Easygoing, reassuring, knowledgable. I could go on!

Overall, One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning and their technician Darren helped me out greatly on a cold winter's day, and I will definitely be using them for my HVAC needs!

I was very happy with the Techician- Marvin. He was very professional, explained what he was doing, how to maintain the equipment to keep it running properly. He answered my questions, very patient in doing so. Sometimes repair people tend to rush to get to the next call or complete the call asap. He was not inconvenienced by my questions and concerns.This gentleman was very dedicated to the company and wanted to do everything he could to shine a positive light on the experience and the company. This gentleman is truly a great representative for the company and was very concerned about the quality of his work and customer satisfaction. The company should be proud to have someone like this working for them and do everything to keep him. If you hire more technicians Mr. Marvin should be the trainer.
