Great experience overall with One Hour Heating and Cooling. We had a new furnace installed by them in December but since then it's required a couple of follow up visits to fix some small details. Each time we've needed their services they've had a technician out within a day or two. All of the technicians have been fantastic. In particular, Frankie G was informative, thorough, skilled and helpful, plus he had a great sense of humor!
