For the second year, Devin has kept me well informed on the status of my system while maintaining it and keeping it running! He diagnosed an issue and made sure my expectations were accurate. No surprises!

Devin also has to deal with a very tight attic to get the job done, and handles it like a pro.

Patrick was courteous and extremely professional. He provided tips on getting the most out of my AC system. I would definitely recommend him for any future maintenance.

Terrible experience!! Cody came out to perform a tune up on 6/15/22 and did absolutely nothing. He talked on his phone the ENTIRE time and he says that he took his work hose to his girlfriend’s house to water her garden so he needed my water hose to clean off my AC unit. I advised cody that i was having issues with my unit. I told him that i would set my thermostat at 70 degrees but my house would still be 78 degrees. He changed my furnace filter and stated that my unit was running perfectly fine. Fast forward to July my AC problem got worser. My home reached an internal temperature of 80 degrees on a hot day and air was not blowing cold air. I had to call another HVAC professional out because one hour could not come fast enough to double check Cody’s work. My HVAC professional came out and found that the capacitor wiring was burnt and broken off. One hour should have noticed this problem with my unit when they came out for preventative services because apparently my unit was not working properly. Inside of unit was dusty and full of spider webs so where did they clean my unit or provide preventative services. One hour will be getting a complaint from me and I will be getting a full refund for services not performed properly! Poor workmanship and i DO NOT trust their work. One hour will not get another dime from me ! They are just out for the money. It’s like they dont work on your unit so that it can go out and you would have to call them back out but that is not going to happen. Avoid one hour at all cost, spend your money elsewhere!

Chad L. was great! I appreciate that he was very transparent and not trying to just sell me products/services that weren't meant for me. He gave me different options to solve my problem and was very professional.

Because he couldn’t fix the issue with it being electrical, he offered to get me in contact with an electrician which was nice and even sent me the pictures he took of my issue.

We call Dial One every spring and fall to have our AC and/or heat serviced. We always ask for Frank G because we have a geothermal system and he knows how to work on those. Not all technicians can service geothermal systems. Frank G is great - we'll continue to ask for him.

Since my first experience with them in 2005 when I first brought my home One Hour Heating & Air has professionally and expeditiously provided me with top level service. They showed up on time, recommended the best HVAC system for my home, installed it and with regular and consistent maintenance was able to keep my Trane system running for 18 years with no major issues. When it was time to replace my 18 year old system, not only did One Hour Heating & Air find me a great deal on a newer one, but they installed it the same day. I suffer from adult athsma and had been struggling sleeping in the humidity and using fans for 2 weeks. So I want to thank all involved in accommodating my unique situation from setting up my appointment to installing my new HVAC system all in the same day. Thank you so much for your kindness and professionalism, recommendations and great service for so many years! I really appreciate this company and will be a lifelong customer!!!

from the visit with the represenative quote to installation it was straightforward and professional , there was no sneaky price increases or shady work there was no second guessing how to do the job. the crew was consistant and skilled they went straight to work and worked flawlessly , they cleaned up afterwards and disposed of the old furnace for me, these guys didnt mess around they knew what they were doing and trust me thats hard to find ive have a long list of shady dealings from well known companies which makes it difficult to trust anyone, I had quotes with least 7 popular HVAC companies and Im so glad I chose One Hour...the furnace is beautiful and runs perfect, i am so happy! god bless this company and the crew, they were a blessing, I love you One Hour! i recomend you to everyone! i will be contacting you for my AC install soon! choose One Hour and you wont regret it! ♥

A1’s installation team was a 10 out of 10. They were here on time, and John was very accommodating as far as telling me what was going to happen. They did the job in a lot less time than I had planned on, cleaned up everything, and John explained the new thermostat to me in a way I could understand. again I would give 10 stars if I could.
