Tyler was very professional and knowledgeable when it came to explaining everything he had done that day. He arrived on time and left the place clean.
Before deciding on This company, I did call on 3 others ones. They had the most mid point pricing with the high quality Seer (15). One “big, family owned” company gave me a higher price range for a 14 seer AC, then later message saying they could probably do better with pricing. Too late sir.

George was very down to earth and honest when he worked with us to buy a new heat pump and air handler. We had spoken to 6 different companies when our heat pump stopped working and I’m so glad I called. Prior to speaking with George, we had been denied financing, and priced for units at a ridiculous $10K or more. HVAC is a necessity, and it’s really difficult to come up with that kinda money straight up. We let him know what we needed and our price range and he helped us get there … and then some. So glad I called! Our install is scheduled for next day. Amazing turnaround! Will follow on how install goes. :)

Frank and Michael did a great job with the yearly maintenance on our AC system! They definitely went beyond and above. Plus they were nice guys who recommended how to keep my system working efficiently. Highly recommend both of them!

Temarcus was wonderful to work with. He quickly diagnosed the problem, took time to explain to me the issue and then promptly fixed the issue. Then was thorough and testing everything to ensure our AC was working properly. I would highly recommend Dial One and especially Temarcus.

we had one hr install our new furnace and central air about 15 yrs ago and kept up on our maintenance service plans since. Bryan who has serviced our unit several times over the years is very knowledgeable and informative to help us do our part to help maintain the unit's longevity over the years. He has taken good care of our unit.

Frank came out and when they call him the closer they mean. He was dig into an on going problem ive had for month and he was able to figure everything out, quick and to the point in a matter of time. Thanks to him finally got ac going back into the house and was very professional. Also educational too. Thank you so man.

Paul was fantastic. Quick response to an early morning heating “emergency”, but took the time to explain everything, give us options, while making a recommendation. He was even great with our dog that was super excited for him to be at our house. Would highly recommend One Hour (and especially Paul) to anyone in Indy!
