Chaz was fantastic! He was professional, personable, and honest. He taught me quite a bit about how my system works and didn’t try to sell me on anything we didn’t need. The pricing was competitive and we discussed future possible options that I could start saving for. 10/10 call them!

I dislike the thermostat that was installed with our new heating & a/c system and told the technician. He said the thermostat was a very good one and probably worth about $800. I told him it looks cheap and I don't like it. He just ignored me and went back into the garage and never came back to talk to me. He did program it so the light stays on all the time, but it is still ugly. He had a very poor attitude and did not offer any options or solutions. When you pay almost $14,000 you should get a thermostat that is decent looking!

Devin was extremely professional, polite, and very thorough! Devin took the time to answer any questions we had, as well as taking the time to show us any issue and explain what he was going to do to fix our issue. Devin found the problem and we had heat within a few hours. Will always request Devin!

As usual Bryan was beyond perfect. All questions answered, all issues resolved and this guys knowledge is top notch. So glad he takes such good care of my cooling and heating needs .

Dial One Hour installed our Bryant heat pump system in 2008. Ever since we have early winter and summer preventative maintenance ; After 15 years, our Heat Pump needed replacement and One Hour new install expert - Troy to determine what was needed and provided a very competitive proposal for a upgrade 16 SEER two stage heat pump. It is getting installed 3 days after proposal and a bit of negotiation.

This is the only company I will ever use. They are fast, dependable and friendly. If you want good service then I recommend this company. Thanks for a pleasant experience.

Paul came out and completed our routine furnace check today. He was punctual, polite and just really friendly. He referenced the age of our furnace (it's on the older end) and what to be mindful of, should it start to decline before the next routine check. It was just a really positive experience, overall.

We replaced our well oved 10yr old malfunctioning heat pump system with a new heat pump system which was installed on Fri. Today (Mon), Dial One called up and said they would like to conduct a new installation quality check (performed within 7 days of installation). They could be here within the hour. I said sure!
After visual inspection, he conducted electrical and diagnostic checks and detected an intermittent voltage signal. After determining the source of the problem was a damaged wire within a cable run, he bypassed the problem by utilizing a spare wire in the cable bundle. The system is fully functional.
Very happy with our decision.
