Having my old furnace give out after a power outage/surge, I made a call from "One Hour" and the day of the call I get an answer immediately. Within the next day was able to obtain a new furnace which is not only smaller in size but more effecient output. They responded quickly, did the job professionally with no delay. My heat is back up and running and I am happy. Thank you.

run away....scammer alert! To be honest...this was the worst scam ever. When I called yesterday to get a technician I was told that there is a deal for me where I will be charge $89.99 for someone to come and examine the system and if they find an issue with the system...then if they repair it then $89.99 will be waived. The technician comes with an assistant. I knew they are naive and barely knew things. They told me that they will have to change the HVAC capacitor which they did for $350 which is $9 on amazon. I never got the call out charge waived. Neither is my ac working after flushing out $425.Also, no one came later to see my ac which they promised that they would to explain how much a change in the ac unit would cost. So unprofessional! I claim a refund please!

I have been using OneHour for several years…I have never been disappointed with their services. Patrick has been to my house several times and is always very professional and explains things very well. I highly recommend OneHour.

Same day service on the day I called. Patrick has been here before and is always friendly. I like the fact he is concerned about tracking through my house and takes the appropriate measures to assure he covers his shoes. I would like him to come every time I have my system checked.

I have been asking for a receipt for two days. Was not provided one at time of service. Have been told repeatedly that someone will contact me within the hour and still no response, or resolution. I want the receipt to prove i was overcharged a ridiculous amount for an unsatisfactory job. Charged 414 dollars to change out an old thermostat with this basic thermostat. No work on heater or a/c, just this simple task. And no wall plate was installed so it looks hideous. Even with 89 dollar service fee, there is NO WAY to justify charging 414 dollars. I believe they are trying to hide something by ignoring my repeat demands for a receipt.
