One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning

John and Brandon installed a new 3 ton Bryant AC unit, A-Coil, Transformer and Thermostat for me this afternoon.
They were professional, friendly, detailed, very thorough and efficient.
I am very Satisfied with my choice of equipment and the installation.
Would and will highly recommend One Hour Heating and Air, a great company that I've used now for a few years and will continue to.

One Hour Heating & Air came 30 minutes early. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Austin & Devon were friendly, explained the entire process to me and knew what they were doing. Since they got the job done my bedroom has registered 3° warmer than before the HVAC duct and vent cleaning. We were having a problem with air flow in the master bedroom and bathroom and the cleaning seems to have helped, a lot. I WILL use One Hour Heating & Air again.

We had Chad visit for an estimate. He was polite and quick. He did not push to set up an appointment. Price seemed decent compared to others. UPDATE - we ended up using these guys and got scheduled the next day! They were efficient, polite and didn't leave a mess at all. Thank you so much! PS - our house is a new build and they got A LOT of drywall dust out of the vents...so happy we did this.

Very polite. Detailed with Inspection and evaluation of central air system. To be sure of his findings he has asked for a second opinion. He did not charge anything for first visit.

Our technician Aaron was very informed and knowledgeable about the issue. We decided to replace our aging HVAC and AC unit at his recommendation. He showed us the financing options and we were able to pick one that worked great for us. He also got us scheduled for the next day so we would not have to go long without AC. My toddler thanked him as he left. Will definitely recommend him and his company to family and friends. Definitely a team player!

Even though Caleb was new to the company he did a great job he took his time and explained in detail what he was doing he cleaned his mess up he checked everything and he advised me to get something that was low and I asked him could I get it on the next tune up it’s costly but I need it so I will make sure that I get so my air don’t go out. I must say this young man did a job well done for a young adult. The youth now a days are rude and work ethics suck but Caleb was very respectful his work ethics were very professional and he knows his job very pleased.

I have not been a fan of this company at all they have bad policies but Keith was soooo helpful that I have to give him praise. Since I have a warranty i called them n he was sent out and he did and awesome job. Thank you for all your help n for doing a good job.

Brian was pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable, and gave me some tips on how to get better performance from my unit. He took his time and was very thorough. He recommended a service that might help, but was not pushy about it. Very satisfied!
