Chaz came to give me an estimate and look at where vents and air exchanges are located.l also am having dryer vent cleaned. He was pleasant and professional. He gave me the estimate and called with appointment dates. I was able to get an appointment the same week I had called for the appointment.

Bryan was very professional, knowledgeable, and on time as usual.
He’s quick and a honest man.
Explains things so a regular homeowner can easily understand.
I wouldn’t want anyone else touching our unit.

Service is always excellent and attentive to the care and quality of my HVAC system. Experienced a first - the Tech (Marvin) removed the cover to clean it and washed my unit for effectiveness! Awesome.

Tony was prompt and on time. Very nice pleasurable guy. It was raining and cold out, he mentioned how cold his hands got at his previous job. He also told me his hand got cold while he was here. He asked that I sign my paperwork and since it was cold out he would take the notes once he got in his truck and send me my the receipt. I do wonder if I received a thorough check. It seemed to be rushed and he wasn’t here as long as previous workers. To date I still have not received notes or my receipt from last Monday’s visit. Additionally it may not be part of their job but all previous workers have checked and changed my air filter. Again, very nice guy but I wish the visit would have been rescheduled if I was not going to receive proper attention to detail. Also, I inquired on duct cleaning and he did take the time to give me an estimate and I appreciate that.

I called One Hour Heating and Air today around 8:30 in the morning because my air wasn’t coming on. I got an appointment window of between 10:00 and 2:00. The technician called me about 9:00, showed up by 9:30 and had everything fixed BEFORE 10:00. He was super professional and the price was very reasonable. I recommend their services!

I have used your services before. I had an emergency request and he took care of me immediately. Unfortunately we had to cancel and even after he had worked so hard to meet our needs he was very gracious!! Wonderful service!

Called one hour heating out for a estimate to replace my furnace and a/c the sales rep was informative and took the time to review all complaints and advised on repairs needed and recommended. They even added a larger return and set the system up for another return to be added at a later date helping me to cut cost another company quoted me a additional 9k to do that, the install techs were quick ,polite and friendly. From the sales rep to the installer it was a great experience with them.

Aaron arrived right away, quickly accessed the problem, made necessary repair, explained everything and got me back in comfort in no time. Very pleased I called One Hour!
