B&W Plumbing Heating Cooling and Drains

B&W implements the Citizens Gas hot water heater program. I was blessed beyond measure to qualify for a new hot water heater installed by B&W. DT (Plumber) and Evan (Apprentice) arrived on time. The work was performed quickly and with quality. They answered all my questions, which were many. So glad to see they are bringing up the next generation of plumbers by employing an apprentice. It was wonderful to learn the story of why DT is so loyal to the company who has been so good to him for 18 years. Highly recommend for all plumbing needs.

Plumber Dave was outstanding. A true professional. He took the time to problem solve the facet, took it apart to clean an obstruction, and reinstalled it, perfectly. A true pro! Highly recommend B&W and Plumber Dave!!

I called on the Saturday before Easter early afternoon. David came out in under 90 min and was able to repair my pilot light issue on my water heater. I was impressed on how fast he was able to come. He also felt this repair could give me a couple more years of use on this older Kenmore unit. A new one wasn’t advised at this time.

Dave was amazing. He explained everything so I could understand what was happening and what I was paying for. He didn't try to sell me a more expensive solution. The repair was done same day in less than an hour. Super professional, friendly, and great value. Will definitely use B&W again.

I have been using B&W exclusively for all plumbing issues for over 10 years. Spigot replacements, crawlspace drain repairs, sewer cleanout repairs .... anything and everything. I've requested Randy over and over again for different plumbing issues in two homes I've owned over that time. He is a diagnostic genius and always does top notch work. Could not recommend him and B&W more! 11/10.

Eric and his assistant were just fabulous. We had a tricky lighting situation that needed to be addressed in our laundry room. We had another company look at the job without giving any clear direction as to how they would solve it. Eric came up with a solution and we are finally not doing laundry in the dark. He also expertly hung a difficult medicine cabinet and installed a light fixture in a bathroom that we were remodeling along with repairing some other switches and outlets. On time, on budget and professional. Would rehire for our next project. Thank you, thank you.

Randy and his partner were very helpful, courteous and timely. They solved the problem of the pilot light on our water heater going out and will prepare an estimate in the event we have to replace the water heater in the near future.

I had B&W come in for a second opinion after getting a quote from another company for almost $2,000 in repairs. Tom Hicks came in and found all the repairs that I got quoted for didn’t need servicing. I was told I needed the Inducer Motor replaced. Blower wheel cleaned. A filter changed. And duct cleaning. He found the motor to be running great. The blower wheel was clean. And the filter the other company wanted to charge me $680 for didn’t even exist! Thank you B&W for your great service and thank you Tom for your honesty!
