The folks at B&W are top-notch. They were very knowledgeable and helped me find a toilet to fit my needs. They gave me a list of brands and models with the cost involved plus installation.

When Mitchell arrived he double checked that I knew what the price would be before he started working. He was polite, professional, and quick to remove my old toilet and install my new one.

All in all B&W will now be my go to company for any future plumbing needs!

Though I couldn’t get an appointment for a few days, they had a cancellation and got me in a day early, very nice customer service lady. The two men who came out were friendly , respectful and very professional. Fixed my a/c and showed me what was wrong.

We used B&W to fix our faucet and broken shower. They were able to repair our new faucet after other plumbers had only tried to get us to buy another new faucet. They were fast, efficient and honest about the work that needed to happen. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber!

I have a leaky faucet. I knew there was a $146 fee for just coming over and diagnosing/trip fee that would be waved if they did the work. And I agreed to it on the phone but how it went down just did not seem right.
DT came in, nice, masked, on time. He looked under the sink, gave me a brief description of what he saw as wrong and said we needed a new faucet because this one couldn't be fixed. I said we were thinking of upgrading to a stainless steel sink and faucet. He basically said, "Yeah, I don't have what you want so I'm sorry but I can't help you. That will be $146". I asked him isn't there any way to fix it?? Like just make it not leak? He said something like "I don't do know how to rig things, sir. I fix it all the way or not at all."
I asked him a few more questions but then had me pay him and he was gone. Whole thing was like 15 minutes at most! I just did not feel like I got any value for the $146 that I paid. It was weird.

My shower faucet was going crazy! We couldn't turn off our water! We filled out an online form and B&W plumbing called us. We were able to schedule something quickly. They sent out Michael, who was so nice and fixed our faucet. We are so grateful! Thank you for making our shower work again!

I needed my drains fixes and the plumber was very upfront about the maximum cost of the work if he couldn't get the drain out. Fortunately he was able to get one drain out, which saved us about $200 and a hole in the wall. He did have to open up one wall but he was able to locate it in a closet so repairs will be easier for us to do. He was very helpful and courteous- I was really please with his work and felt it was a really fair price given the amount of work he had to do. I'll be using them again for all my plumbing needs.

My shut off valves under kitchen sink started leaking, and they were able to get here the next day and took care of everything. I felt confident the plumber knew what he was doing and gave a fair price. Highly recommend.

Discovered water leaking from the hot water tank Friday evening! Figured I would have to wait until Monday to get someone out to replace it. Called a couple pf places Saturday morning. B&W put me on their schedule for Saturday afternoon but was able to come sooner because of a cancellation. I was impressed with the technician who arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. While he was here discovered the sump pump also did not work! In about 2 1/2 hours both had been replaced. The cost seemed a little pricey but I was thrilled to have the work completed so soon. I would use this business again.
