Update: we had Dave back out to complete the repairs he quoted earlier. The quote was a couple dollars higher than the cost came out to be! Another great experience with B&W and Dave!

Dave got here at the beginning of the time frame I was given and was fantastic! Repair done at a reasonable price and quote for future repairs. Kim was great getting us on the schedule quickly! Will definitely be calling again.

Plumber Dave is terrific! I wanted my sump pump and water heater checked out. Dave found a stuck check valve on my sump pump. Could have been a disaster.

I had great experience with B&W today. Dave and Spencer replaced our water heater.

It was a bit more complicated than expected because of the limited space in the closet. Dave actually called me after they left the first time to tell me that he might be able to find a replacement water heater of the same capacity that would fit in the space. And he did.

The water heater works great, and the installation is first class. Dave answered all of my questions in a way that I could understand.
