I purchased a Daikin Fit HVAC system November 2022. From the quote through the installation, everyone I spoke with was friendly, professional, and helpful. Installers Jose Cabrera and Jair Jimenez were extremely hard-working and efficient and were helpful and knowledgeable with all our questions.
Nikki came to service our air conditioners, we have three. She was patient and thorough in explaining what was worn and no longer functioning properly. I wanted to know no only the call at of the repairs but the risk involved in not doing the repairs. She had a picture of the burnt looking parts and the readings from the diagnostic work. I did not feel she was trying to sell me anything and we decided to do the repairs. I noticed missing screws from the shield and she repaired those as well. Just a little extra. She was polite , thorough and very professional. I hope LCS values her as much as we did.
Customer service is incredible! Ask questions and get immediate answers. We called LCS to replace AC ductwork damaged by animals that got into our attic, and then to service our AC equipment afterwards. The installer team was courteous, thorough, prompt, attentive, friendly, and really cleaned up after themselves. On the service call, our technician provided a detailed report of all her observations of our system. Our equipment is older, but we never were pressured to buy anything just because of the age of the system.
I am beyond delighted to have found LCS. Major thumbs up to these folks! They really take care of their customers—and we've signed up for an annual service contract. (P.S., we got multiple quotes for our ductwork installation—and LCS came in lowest, too.)
My experience with LCS was excellent. A little over a month ago, they installed a new AC unit to include the Air handler in attic. I personally had not heard of the brand Daikin, but research quickly told me it was a very good product with a superior warranty. The new unit is so quiet. We love it. The installers were truly amazing, skilled and very professional. A couple of the installers had an exceptionally long day due to some challenges in my attic and misc other things (no fault of installers), but they got it done in a day as promised. I was also impressed with how the office handles the customers/transaction, in particular, Gretchen. Post install, she quickly emailed me everything I would need for my records in terms of invoice and warranty info. These are things I would not have thought to ask for. Every office call I made (prior to installation) was a pleasant experience. As a thank you for my business, I received a cool gift and some of the best cookies I've had in awhile - SO GOOD. Would definitely do business with them again and highly recommend based on this experience.

My AC went out during the heat wave. They came out the same evening after hours and diagnosed it to be a outdoor unit fan motor and fan module. They were able to get the part and come back the next day to replace it. Even though they were working long hours to get myself and many others serviced they were extremely friendly and professional. They all worked together as a team, which was very impressive. I plan on using them for all my future maintenance and other needs in the future. Thank you LCS team I could have not stayed in my home another day and night with the extreme heat. You saved the day😊
We had our heating and cooling system replaced by LCS in June and it was all around a really good experience. I'd requested quites from 3 companies: one never responded, one gave a quote of around 18k based on publicly available property data, and LCS called me and set up an appointment.
Tony came out, actually looked at the house and old system, and offered us 6 options ranging from 9k-20k. He explained all the differences, and helped us settle on an option that was 13.5k, and fits our needs perfectly. On installation day everything went smoothly. Our installation technician was Algenis, and he was exeptionally polite, showed up exactly when he was scheduled, and cleaned up the installation area after he was done.
After the installation, Gretchen in the office even took care of submitting the rebate paperwork to AES for us!
Overall, this was a fantastic experience on something I'd put off for over a year because I was expecting it to be a huge headache, and I'm happy to say it was actually so much easier than I could have hoped!
Jason was great. He diagnosed and fixed the issue within 45 minutes of arriving. He also answered many questions I had about the system since we moved in only a couple months ago. I will definitely be using in the future.
