Came out when they said they would (didn't give you an 8hr window when they might show up) and Nikita was great. She gave me a rundown of what was currently wrong with the system and what could possibly go wrong in the near future (because it's an older system). She didn't try to upsell anything and clearly explained all repair options and what each would cost. I've used LCS many times and would highly recommend them to anyone!

LCS Heating and Cooling is the best company for HVAC if you ask me. They let you know exactly who is coming to your house with a pic and some info about the person. Jerome is awesome and I always feel comfortable with whomever they send to do the work.

This company installed a Diakin system for us. This was a complicated job and they worked thru all the install and setup problems. After a few return trips to dial in the system, it works great.

They provide good service; Logan did a nice job explaining care and maintenance. would recommend for your HVAC needs..

Travis was very professional and I liked that they sent the same person out to repair, after the parts came in so he knew what was going on previously himself and that is just good business to me.

Jose and Jair showed up on time and got the job done quickly. Jose spent time explaining how all the new equipment works and walking me through the new thermostat and app. They were extremely friendly and professional. Great experience from beginning to end!

We had been scheduled with another company locally 3 months in advance, who backed out the day of the project due to laziness (didn't want to move insulation in the attic) for duct repair to 2 bedrooms. We contacted LCS, who came out in a few days, gave us a quoted price less than half the other company, and scheduled the work in a week. very professional, on time, no problem moving the insulation, and now we have heat in our bedrooms in 1 half day of work! cleaned up afterwards and very pleasant to work with and professional. recommend to anyone!

Nikita was out to service our A/C for the coming warmer months. She was on time and explained everything that was done very clearly. We have always been happy with LCS and their service.

We are new homeowners and have worked with LCS for the last year throughout the purchase of our home (they inspected our HVAC system prior to purchase) and ongoing maintenance (check ups pre-winter and summer) plus handled an issue with our AC during the record-breaking summer heat in June last year. Every tech we’ve interacted with, 3 or 4 different folks, has been outstanding. The scheduling folks are helpful and we’ve always been able to get a prompt appointment that works for us. The techs are incredibly patient with our questions and give clear answers that I can understand, and don’t mind when I ask follow up questions to make sure I’m understanding. They are simply great folks and we love working with them.
