LCS Heating and Cooling, LLC

We have used LCS Heating and AC for almost twelve years. They have been excellent. Recently, Travis, Samantha, Gretchen, Jose and Jair replaced our existing 17 year old heat pump dual system. The technicians/installers Jose and Jair were timely, thorough, and performed the installation fast and with little disruption. Thank you for the great treatment from LCS.

LCS came out quickly to resolve a gas leak we had from our furnace. Nikita was thorough with the explanation of the problem and how she resolved it. I would definitely recommend using LCS again for my HVAC needs.

Helped me out twice this week. Travis came on a service call and quickly diagnosed a simple issue with my unit that was causing my tenants issues. He took the time to educate me on what was happening. Jose came out this week to install a mini split. He worked efficiently and did a great job. I called the salesman, Mike, several times before deciding to purchase the mini split and Mike was very patient answering all my questions. From front to back LCS has provided great service, fair price, and has a good team.

Just bought our home within the last 2 months and noticed some issues with our HVAC. I called LCS and they were friendly, helpful and quick to get us a tech scheduled same day. Jason arrive on time, was super friendly and walked me through what he was going to check out. Jason noticed we had a humidifier built in and offered to do preventative maintenance on it with my permission - instead of just doing it and charging me without asking. He also took photos of the ducts and showed me how clean they were when I asked about a duct cleaning and told me it wasn't necessary. This is my first home and I'm new to working with repair services but I will definitely call them again when I need it!

Tech Jason smith came to do my one year maintenance on my hvac system and provided excellent service! He recognized my thermostat was not working properly and was able to replace it with no problem. He was very professional & knowledgeable! In all this is a great company and I would recommend to everyone! Thank you!

My 81 year old mom had furnace issued the afternoon before Christmas Eve. I called LCS and they put her on the list. A service man came at 9:00 pm that night to take care of her issue. The communication and service was outstanding! I would highly recommend!!
