LCH Heating and Cooling LLC has professional knowledgeable non pushing employees. It was such a positive experience than what we have had with other HVAC companies. They have made customers for life out of us. They showed up on time and sent a text showing the picture of the individual who was coming to our home. Highly recommend the company.

Travis and his company did a amazing job, designing a boot to replace my rusted out old duct. He was very professional and did a nice job with the installation.

My furnace stopped working the night before the recent snow storm. I able to get hold of LCS Heating and Cooling and they agreed to come the next day. Next day morning, when the technician came…he checked for all kind of things on my furnace. After spending more than an hour checking for different things, he still wasn’t able to get the heat to work and yet gave me a bill or $500+. After I told him that he hasn’t fixed anything and the heat still isn’t working, he brought it down to $280. I paid him that amount but the technician left without fixing the furnace in -20 degree weather !!!
The icing on the cake - I was able to watch a couple of YouTube videos and fix the furnace on my own. It was something that the LCS technician should have checked the very first thing when he arrived. Never using these guys again or recommending them to anyone.

My furnace decided to go out on the Friday before Christmas with sub zero temperatures. I called several HVAC companies, but many had an answering service, voicemail or were vague on when they would arrive. I got the best response from LCS, so I went with them. Shortly thereafter, I received a text that Nakita was on her way and it gave a short bio on her. That was a nice touch. Anyway, she showed up and was great. More importantly, I was quickly up and running. Also, the costs were more than reasonable in this era of crazy skyrocketing costs. I’m glad I stumbled onto a good HVAC company when I really needed one!

I contacted LCS for a furnace issue, from start to finish it was a great experience. The technician, Ryan, was polite and knowledgeable. He provided a quote for repairs and set me up with a maintenance plan.

Travis installed a digital thermometer of our choice and made sure that all the connections were correct on the entire system. He was very helpful, informed us of our options, and quoted us a fair price. We will definitely be using LCS Heating and Cooling again. Honest people.

Installers were awesome very professional cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with Lcs would highly recommend!

With subzero weather, everyone’s heating system was being tested to capacity. Many systems went out, including mine. It started with the gas line, regulators and through 3-4 days of testing the furnace gas valve, and adjusting pressures, I now have heat. Mark was quick to respond with a professional attitude and of great knowledge. Special thanks to him!!!
