One of the best contractors we have EVER worked with. Travis and his wife run a top notch business. He came out to look at our project and give us a quote. He was not pushy, very professional and helped us pick the best option for our project and budget.
We had them remove an existing furnace in our upstairs so we could begin demo to renovate. They then installed a new furnace in our attic. It took a couple of days to complete and was one of the biggest budget items for our project. The entire LCS team-Travis, Aaron, Jose and all the installers were friendly and professional via email or when in our home. This was an expensive project for us but the service we got in return was worth it. Cannot recommend enough!!!

LCS is so easy to work with. Their technicians are timely and knowledgeable and their office staff is always on it. I’ve never gone more than an hour without a response. We have had all our services and a new HVAC installed and been so happy with their work!

We began using LCS through a home remodel and met with the owner to discuss the best options and location of unit. We were so impressed with LCS we have continued to use them for our annual HVAC maintenance. We always request the same technician and we appreciate the consistency that allows. Technician Nikita Jenkins is terrific! Knowledgeable, professional, friendly and respectful of our property. She took significant time doing our AC annual maintenance, explained issues she discovered and developed and initiated a plan to address them. We would welcome Nikita to our home again! We have used LCS for many years and have never been disappointed in their service, responsiveness or pricing. Highly recommend!

LCS honored weekday pricing when their schedule was too full to come out for my service. Nikita came out on Saturday morning to get my AC running in tip top shape. I am never sold products I don’t need. The technicians - especially Nikita-are very thorough and professional! Thank you LCS! See you again in the fall for my furnace maintenance clean and check!

Nikita Jenkins came out to do our HVAC system maintenance and she was fantastic! She was running slightly late, which was not a problem, but she gave us a call to let us know. That sounds like a small thing, but it rarely happens w/most service providers anymore and is much appreciated. Also, our thermostat was a little loose in the wall and she was happy to take care of it for us while she was here. We have used LCS for years and they never disappoint and neither does Nikita!

I went with LCS Heating and Cooling and I couldn’t be happier. They sent someone the day after I called (they offered to send the emergency technician immediately but I didn’t want to make someone come out on Memorial Day), Travis was able to identify the issue and fix it immediately for way less cost than I expected. He also identified some larger issues that need to be addressed but wasn’t pushy at all and didn’t try to upsell me on anything. I will definitely be using them from now on!

LCS heating and cooling installed a complete system at my home which has been a true pleasure to use. The system is so quiet I don’t even know it’s on. They also have extremely courteous and friendly people for installation and maintenance. I cannot recommend them more highly.

I had a great experience with LCS Heating and Cooling yesterday. Ryan came to the door, was very polite and got right to work. He gave me advice about the humidity in my basement, changed out my filter and checked my air conditioner. Then we chatted about our cats. He was lovely and I appreciate the kindness and professionalism.
