    Great experience with my brand new equipment. 3 years in! Great service techs for regular maintenance. Great financing offers as well. They walked me through additional settings changes to get the comfort levels exactly where we wanted them. Great job overall.

    LCS is professional and a pleasure to deal with. A new system was priced well, and the detail at installation was top notch. We just had a 1 year service and the technician was knowledgeable, thorough, and very polite.

    We Continue to use LCS for routine maintenance on a system they installed a few years ago. I also used them to repair another system in the house.

    The technicians they send are always top notch. Knowledgeable and very friendly. From scheduling to completion they are first rate. Pricing is very competitive as well, and without BS gimmicks.

    Love LCS! We've got an ANCIENT furnace, which other companies have come over, seen it, and immediately go into sales mode to get us to buy a new one. But LCS truly has the customer's best interest at heart - their tech was super honest, said that if it's still working, then there's not really a good reason to spend a bunch of money to buy a new one - I truly appreciated that he put my interest first.

    2023 update- Jose and Jair hooked us up with a new unit and it’s awesome! They left everything perfect, clean, and were super timely and helpful and kind! Wonderful people, wonderful service!

    Had routine maintenance done on the system. Although the technician was nice just did not feel as if I received 5 star service. I know my system is old was told the unit outside was low on coolant and it would be expensive to get more. Was never given a price to see if that was how I wanted to proceed. Was told I could spend another hour and a half another day having someone come out and measure for a new system. When I told the technician I need to think about it he said okay and left. Did not have me sign for the service call nor did I get an invoice for said service. I was never offered a choice to purchase and add the coolant until I could decide to go ahead and purchase a new system. I have been a customer for almost 10 years and did not feel I was treated as a loyal customer. As COVID has changed the world as a whole this major purchase certainly has added a stress to my life as well as my wallet as I recuperate from being under employed for a year and a half from 2020 through the end of 2021. I will have a new furnace and heat pump installed but am not sure if I will use LCS

    LCS was recommended by my son. We needed some work done on our old furnace and the technician came on Super Bowl Sunday, and was very nice to help get our old furnace running. Our old furnace was very old and had many issues, and it was determined it needed replacing. LCS came out and did a complete survey of what we would need for a new system. Listened to all the things that we wanted for our heating and air conditioning concerns. They came up with several options that served our needs. We made our choice to what was the best solution for our house and needs. The installation was outstanding. The technicians/engineers were outstanding. They were very friendly and helpful to work around me, as my home office is next to the furnace room. They completed the install and cleaned everything up like you wouldn't even know they were there. I appreciate the great work and wonderful team at LCS that helped us with our new system.

    I had an incredible experience with LCS. From the first phone call through to my appointment, all points of contact have been insightful, respectful and thorough. Our service technician, Travis, spent the afternoon with us yesterday reviewing our system top-to-bottom and was extremely educational and truly went above and beyond to help us understand current state operations as well as techniques moving forward to optimize the performance of our system. As we are new to the Midwest, his thorough explanations of the geographical nuances that impact heating and cooling comfort were incredible. He was respectful and patient in explaining everything he was doing and some things to consider moving forward. I would highly recommend LCS!

    Customer Service and Experience were outstanding. Ask the millennial population the most important aspect in a business, and that will be the answer. This company will thrive for a long time because this is held to a very high standard with them. Outstanding experience with them so far.
    Noticed my furnace wasnt working - I called at Midnight, got an answer, they took down info on the problem, and I got a call and scheduled at exactly 8am the next day. Great work and great company!!

    I am very satisfied with the services I have received from LCS Heating and Cooling. The furnace and air conditioning Installation I purchased from LCS a year and a half ago has proven to be satisfactory and Nikita did a great job with the Maintenance. She is very professional and knowledgeable about the HVAC system. I trust her HVAC skills and have no worries about anything going wrong. My experience with LCS has been great!! I would recommend this company to everyone. I'm glad I stumbled upon this company while browsing the internet looking for someone to repair my air conditioning unit. I was having a bad experience with the previous company I was dealing with. I called LCS and they fixed the problem that the previous company had made worse. When my 21 year old furnace went out, I knew who I was going to call. It was LCS for sure. Because I knew I could trust LCS and they will do the work correctly. And I was right!!!

    It was time to renew my maintenance plan with LCS. Received my spring AC tune-up from Tech Jason. I was notified with reminders of my appt. and was also notified that my Tech was on his way....text included a picture of my Tech and some background info on him. He did a great job and reviewed everything that he had completed. Great job LCS!!! See you next time for my fall furnace tune-up.
