I work in property management and have had LCS handle several jobs for me in that capacity, but most recently I had them install a new AC and furnace at my personal home. Everyone throughout the process was very prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. The LCS team was very good about answering the various questions and concerns I had about how to approach the HVAC for a sunroom addition in our home, and at no point did I feel like I was getting "the upsell".

I can't comment much on pricing, as I honestly didn't seek other bids. My previous dealings with LCS had proven to me that they not only know their stuff, but they are honest, reliable, and cared about their craft, and those qualities were more important to me than shopping around for the lowest bidder.

LCS is hands down one of the most professional companies I have had the pleasure to work with. The sales person was the most thorough of the 5 companies I contacted for a quote, the installation team was on time, professional, and courteous. Hopefully I will not need to replace my AC/heater for many, many years, but if I do I will definitely use LCS Heating and Cooling.

The job was to clean heating ducts in four homes in a quadplex arrangement. They started on time and finished all units by end of day. Each unit resident was satisfied with the work done.
