I arrived at work this morning to find the a/c not working. I called LCS and they were able to get someone out to me within a few hours. Nikita was the tech that came out and she did an amazing job explaining exactly what happened and what needs done to fix it. LCS will now be my go to with hvac needs. We as a business also saved a lot of money signing up for their maintenance package so we can hopefully avoid these break downs in the future. Thank You LCS!

This was our first service call. We thought the service was thorough and complete. The technician was polite and informative. We were pleased enough to continue and signed up for a maintenance agreement. Looking forward to getting our furnace service in November.

Jose and Jair came last week for a tankless water heater installation and were just fantastic!! It was a big job but they worked so hard, were very efficient and solved every problem that came up. Jose also explained the system so I could understand it, and allowed me to video instructions, which was very helpful. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need!

This is the second time I've used LCS for my HVAC service and they always go above and beyond my expectations! From kind and timely texts/emails letting me know which service tech will be arriving, when they'll be arriving, and a photo to let me know what they look like...to the courteous and professional way they conduct themselves in my home...they are a true partner in helping me maintain my home.

Nikita Jenkins handled my A/C system maintenance and was extremely thorough in her work. She did a phenomenal job cleaning my outside unit and identifying potential areas for repair on my furnace flue. She was also proactive in recommending ways to reduce the heat in our upstairs section in response to my passing comment about how hot it gets up there compared to the downstairs!

I will definitely be using and recommending LCS for all of my HVAC service and repair needs!

We have used a few other HVAC companies in the past, but once we tried LCS we knew we'd found the best! Always very professional and the techs explain every step of what they are doing. Previous services discovered a problem other companies missed, and this time was just as great. Our tech, Logan, noticed the amount of dust and asked if we have allergies. When I told him that I do, he recommended an air purifier. I always thought it would be too expensive for us to do, but it was MUCH less than I expected. He came and installed the purifier, and we are very happy with all of his work.

LCS installed an energy efficient HVAC system in March 2023. When I had an issue with the AC, they sent Nikita out to service my system. I have never had such good customer service and a technician as knowledgeable and communicative as Nikita. I received a follow up call to make sure my system was in working order and am very satified with the service I received from LCS and Nikita!

I got several estimates.Tony was the most thorough and demonstrated his knowledge and experience. He gave his opinions based on facts and didn't try to sell anything over & above what fit best our home. Luis and Mijail did excellent install, worked very quickly and quietly. I will use LCS again!

July 2023. Had my 1 year service done today and I can't recommend LCS enough! Jerome Smith was the tech and was friendly, skilled and efficient. He made sure all my questions were answered and was respectful of property! Great service from Jerome and LCS. Call them!

We have been using LCS for years to maintain our HVAC system and are always impressed with their level of service and knowledge. Recently, Ryan performed our spring AC tune up and went above and beyond by alerting us to a gas leak at our meter. He did great work!

Gretchen did a great job installing my new thermostat. LCS has also installed an air conditioner and repaired a furnace for me and I’m very happy with their service every time. Would definitely recommend this company.

Technician Ryan C. was very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. He did a complete test and inspection of our AC and also identified a gas leak at our utility meter that I was able to get the gas company to come out and fix right away. Very friendly and reasonably priced service!
