Technician Brandon Ellis showed up today to service. My air-conditioning won an outstanding young man. Great technician so friendly a credit to this company but I’ve been using this company for over 12 years and this is all I’ve ever experienced. Just outstanding service. They deserve five stars. they’re great to do business with.

I just had new system installed by them and I have to tell you they are top notch. From the minute the install crew showed up, they were very professional and friendly. They took the time needed to make sure everything was running properly before they left. And as a bonus they even took the time to play with my two dogs that love new people. That is a big bonus for us! I highly recommended this company as they treat you like family.

I have been a customer of Hoosier Indoor Air for a number of years now. Each time I call they are quick to accommodate a date and time that works for my schedule. The technicians are great and always on time. You can even track where your technician is at while they are on the way. James was the most recent technician to perform my spring maintenance, and he was very informative and thorough. This company has Very knowledgeable technicians that can work on Boiler systems! We tried another company to come out and diagnose the problem and their "expert" had no idea what he was looking at. Hoosier Indoor Air knew what the problem was and tried to find an obsolete part before letting me know a new system had to be installed. They didn't try to sell us on a bunch of things that would cost an arm and a leg they replaced our Boiler with a more energy efficient model that was smaller, but it worked just as well! Will definitely use them again in the future!

Logan came out for a 2nd opinion after we had another company come out for bi-annual checkup. He was here several hours and was extremely thorough in trying to find the root issue. He took time to explain everything and answer all of our questions. His focus was on educating us, not selling us. He also informed us about a small carbon monoxide leak that the other company said was carbon dioxide.

The cherry on top is the 2nd opinion was free.

Monte, with Hoosier Indoor Air, was superb!! He listened to my concerns, troubleshooting an issue that should have been addresses years ago by other techs. Monte's experience and professionalism is priceless!

Had a routine maintenance done by Logan Osborn today. Logan was very helpful and friendly. He did a great job in educating me on what to look for and how to help prevent any major problems in the future. He was able to show me what he noticed that can cause some issues later on, and was able to give me some options on how to prevent any major problems in the future.

Brendan Ellis has been our service technician for two years and has done an exemplary job maintaining,servicing and advising my wife and I on our home A/C and heating.
