Hoosier Indoor Air Heating and Cooling

We were very happy with Hoosier Indoor Air throughout the entire process. Monte helped us with the troubleshooting/initial diagnosis part, and he was extremely knowledgeable and patient, answering all of our questions, and informing us of our options.

Jeff followed up and helped us decide our next step, and James and Matthew showed up a few days later for the install. James and Matthew were professional and personable, and were also very patient, as I was always asking questions.

Hoosier Indoor Air was recommended to us, and I can understand why. We will use them in the future should further needs arise.

Logan came to our home and checked out our A/C and heating system, as well as our heat pump. He did a phenomenal job! He was super thorough in every way, and made us feel very comfortable with trusting his judgement and recommendations! His knowledge is clearly extensive, as he could easily explain anything we asked about. We very much appreciate how meticulously he inspected, cleaned, and serviced our equipment/system. It’s not often you can find a technician of his caliber, and we highly recommend HII! We will definitely be requesting Logan for future calls!

I have had 4 different HVAC companies in my home over the last 6 years trying to find solutions to my airflow / heating issues. Without a doubt these guys are the best. Brendan Ellis and Matthew arrived on time, did a completely professional installation of furnace and A/C, explained it’s features clearly, loaded up all the old equipment, cleaned up completely and left. They finished the entire job in 7 hours, one less than what was projected.

Both men were very knowledgeable about their company, the Bryant system that I chose and heating and A/C in general. I say this as a physicist and engineer with a strong background in technical system.

Logan was our service technician and he did a great job. He was friendly, professional and offered some great tips for us to help maintain our HVAC system. Additionally, he diagnosed the issue quickly and had us up and running in short order.

Logan Smith was our tech. Did a humidifier replacement. He did an outstanding job. He is thorough in his work and even pays attention to aesthetics in his installation. Ensures that area is clean after his job.He had to make adjustments to the arrangements due to old humidifier having a differing configuration from the new one. He took care to ensure the professional appearance of his work. Logan took the time to explain the optimal operational aspects of the humidifier n control on the thermostat. He is a top-notch tech.

We had a horrible blockage in our HVAC unit, that lead to a horrible leak, that we had called multiple other companies out to repair but the problem continued to happen. One day before we left for a week long vacation the problem started again. Hoosier Indoor Air, not only made the time to come help us, but did it while a family member was here so we could still be on vacation. They went above and beyond for us nd we are incredibly grateful.

We have since continued to us them for maintenance on our system and are pleased with are experience. I will add that Brendan was absolutely phenomenal, and took the time to explain and teach us things we as homeowners had no clue about.

We recently moved to the area and the AC randomly stopped working. Hoosier Indoor Air was quick to respond, diagnose the issue and provide a temporary solution until the permanent fix could be implemented.
Brendan, the service technician, was extremely professional and dealt wonderfully with my 2 young kids who were curious and wanted to show him every stuffed animal.
Overall, a wonderful experience that encompasses transparency throughout and no surprises on cost.
