Brendan Ellis was our technician. Great guy. Professional, and did a great job explaining things. All fixed!

We have used Breedlove-Dobbs Heating & AC twice this year. First our heating unit needed replacing in February, then our AC died in June. Both times they were punctual, courteous, and installed great quality products. They were also able to assist with financing. (I rated them a 5, but it should be a 4.5, because they didn't clean the area of installation debris around the new heating, and installed a heater that - unbeknownst to us - only uses an expensive specialty filter. We should have been told this upfront.)

Otherwise - excellent work and excellent customer service!

Had my Carrier heat pump system work on December 7 2018 and failed again on Jan 14 2019. It will cost me $1800 to replace the circuit board and the heat package with only 30 day warranty. The service man told me it is better to replace the air handler system because come with 5 year warrant. To repair is like to dig hole and put you money in there because only have 30 day warranty. What kind of service is that. After being a loyal customer for 20 years, it's pity I am going to drop them.
DON'T TRUST THEM. USE PEPPER OR CHAPMAN

Every interaction I've had with these guys has been above board. From the folks in the office who handle scheduling and dispatch, to the courteous techs. They wear footies and clean up after themselves!

Seriously. I've been a customer for the better part of a decade now, two homes, two HVAC system replacements, and couldn't be happier with either the systems I've purchased, the folks who installed them, or the folks I welcome into my home for maintenance and service.

Quincy did an excellent job. He braved the pouring rain and fixed my air conditioner with a smile. Would definitely recommend Breedlove Dobbs for all your HVAC needs.
