Before the visit: They squeezed us in within a few days, and the price was amazing. Brendan showed up on time, and communicated ahead of time so knew he was coming an hour beforehand.

During the visit: Brendan walked me through all the specifics of my hvac system in detail, showing immense patience as I learned all about the condition of my system and how it works. But he didn’t stop there, he recommended a surge protector for the board of my high-efficiency furnace and thicker filters to prevent early failures, stopped to explain how I can program my thermostat for greater convenience, and gave me specific things to look for in the near and farther future to help maintain my system.

Longtime customer since 2009. Appointment made via phone. Range of dates to fit my schedule. On time tech Brendan, was thorough, professional in uniform, and responded to my questions. Options and pricing for other support equipment explained well. Tech was up to date on the equipment. I renewed my service agreement!

My family has used Breedlove Dobbs for years. When I bought my first home I took my parents advice and hired Breedlove Dobbs to install our new HVAC system in 2018. We were thrilled with the service they provided, and the technicians were professional and did a great job. The owner Jeff, was the person to come and show us our options and he was patient with my questions and did a great job.

Since then we have had them out at least once a year for general upkeep and check-up. We have had different technicians and have been happy with everyone to come to our home. Our most recent experience had a couple issues with the scheduling, but the other owner Tom took care of the problem personally. As always the technician, was on time and professional.

We are happy that they were able to work with us through those couple of scheduling issues, and plan to continue using Breedlove Dobbs moving forward.

Logan Osborn was great. Provided more explanation and maintenance tips than others who have been out for regular service. Offered suggestions on how we can improve air quality and gave us some options to think about.

Logan came and explained my AC capacitor needed to be replaced and checked everything else. He gave me a thorough understanding about my unit and for now it works. I will look into a new unit next year. I switched to Hoosier Indoor Air and Heating because of Logan. I am glad that I did.
