Logan came out for routine maintenance on our AC. He was very personable, professional and explained everything thoroughly. I appreciate the text messages notifying us that Logan was on his way and even his GPS location.

I have used Breedlove Dobbs for over two decades for our HVAC needs. I have always been satisfied with the quality and timeliness of their service. I appreciate that we are usually assigned the same technician. Monte knows "our system" and is great about giving us a "heads up"' when more than the standard maintenance may be required in the future. The scheduling desk is great about making timely appointments and calling in advance if our appointment needs to be rescheduled (life happens-technicians get sick too).

I own a construction company and used Breedlove Dobbs in an emergency for a multi-family customer. We had SEVENTEEN emergency work orders to which we heard, "very professional!", "they figured it out!" and "great to work with" comments from all customers. Yes all. I can tell you my first hand experience from techs onsite to the ladies in the office have been nothing but exceptional. I highly recommend.

I've done business with Breedlove Dobbs for several years. After going through the different chain companies and other local HVAC companies. Recently, my 12 year old heat pump decided to kick the bucket. Of course it was during the first round of 90 degree days. I called Breedlove Dobbs and was able to get a technician to come out within 2 days. He gave me the unfortunate news. The salesperson came the next day. Jeff was fantastic! He gave me 3 options. Explained the differences (Pros and Cons) and let me make the decision without any influence or pressure. Duane, the installer, was very professional, courteous, and handled the install quickly and cleanly. He then explained the new system to me and answered my questions. The whole team was awesome!

Monte continues to be the most professional, and best trained technician that I have ever had the pleasure of encountering. As a mechanical engineer I worked as an HVAC designer for commercial buildings for nearly 5 years. Monte knows exactly what he is talking about, and is very straightforward and honest during his service calls. He provides lots of possible options to any issues that arise, and does an excellent job of listening to the customer. Keep up the great work!

My experience was very pleasant. Matt, who discussed the different options for a new AC/Furn was super nice, not pushy at all. Though Breedlove's prices were just a tad bit higher than the competition, I liked how Matt presented himself, and the knowledge of the systems. Since Breedlove Dobbs have been servicing my AC/Furn for many years I decided to stick with them. Matt also explained the difference between the 95% efficiency versus the 98% efficiency. I went with the 98% and glad I did. Duane who installed our system was fantastic and really knew his stuff. I couldn't believe how fast he could install a furnace. I would definitely call Breedlove/Dobbs again for any thing related to my AC Unit and Furnace. Great job guys!
