Breedlove Dobbs does a good job when they come out to the house. They installed my furnace and AC about 9 years ago and they have done all the service/maintenance since -- mostly because I bought the 10 year warranty. Usually either Marcus or Monte (he was one of the guys who installed the furnace) come out, and it is good because they are familiar faces and they remember what they did the last time they were here.

I'm not over the moon for Bryant equipment. When I needed to replace the draft inducer after just 6 seasons, Monte drove to 3 different supply houses on a Saturday morning in an ice storm looking for the part. That is awesome for warranty service. Unfortunately, the inducer is making a lot of noise and is pulling 3.6A on a motor with a 2.4 FLA rating, so it is not long for the world after just 25 months. Unfortunately, the warranty only applies when it stops dead -- hopefully it won't be too cold that day.

Breedlove Dobbs maintained my HVAC for 25 years. Not many HVAC systems last nearly that long. Last year I opted to have a new system put in as I understood it surely couldn't last too much longer. They installed and continue to maintain my new system and I couldn't be more pleased. Monte is very professional, knowledgeable and always on time. I wouldn't use any other company! Thank you!

When purchasing our new home the inspector found out the the current hvac unit was undersized. A local well known contractor had just put in this system a year earlier (the original until only lasted 4 years because it was also undersized and overworked)! Jeff Rich at Breedlove Dobbs was great! He worked with our inspector and realtor to help us get some extra funds from the seller so we could replace the unit with a properly sized one when we moved in. Installation was great and they also provided all the forms needed for the rebates we qualified for.

I'd highly recommend Breedlove Dobbs to anyone else need an honest assessment of what's going on. They don't just want to sell hvac units but actually serve their customers!

I have a home with a geo thermal unit that needed to be replaced. I did a lot of research and in the end selected Breedlove Dobbs for multiple reasons. The quality of my Bryant system is without question, but with geo thermal units you need a quality installation or the best system will fail before it's time. BD has been wonderful to work with. The installation went well and the system is running excellently. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend Breedlove Dobbs for anyone looking for a quality HVAC contractor.

Encapsulation of crawlspace and install of appropriate dehumidifier accomplished quickly and thoroughly and at a fair price. Further, diagnosed problem with the humidifier on our furnace installed by another company, rectified the problem, andthen installed the correct control for our new furnace, since the other company mistakenly sold us one that did not work optimally with it. Fair prices on this work as well. Appreciate the clear explanations and options given by the owner, Jeff Rich, the reasonable prices of their work and the outstanding and thorough install provided by Duane. Could not be more pleased and recommend this company highly.
