LCS installed our furnace and a/c in the summer of 2021 and their technician, Jason S, recently completed our systems yearly maintenance. Jason was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He found some static in our system and made some adjustments that should resolve the issue and lower our energy bill. Overall, it’s been a great experience dealing with LCS. Lastly, Jason’s brother, Jerome, performed our maintenance the year before and he was equally friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
We recently had LCS replace our furnace, air conditioner, and water heater and install a split mini in our porch. Jim worked with us and getting what we thought was a reasonable price for the extensive job.The techs were here for 3 days and they did an awesome job. They were professional, courteous, hard working, and communicative during the entire process.The only time they stopped working the eight hours a day that they were here was was for a lunch break. We have had many service people work on our homes through the years and this company and their people have been absolutely the best ! Our hats are off to Jim Roundtree, Jose, Javier, Luis and Spangler.
Jason Smith took care of my A/C maintenance today and walked me through the extra steps he was taking because it's still so cold outside. Very friendly and professional. Gave me some good tips on cleaning leaves out of the compressor. So glad to have LCS and their staff taking care of me.
Jose and Jair did a wonderful job installing our new HVAC system. They were courteous and explained the new system very well. They took their time to make sure the job was done right. We have used LCS for several years and have always found them to provide a great service at a reasonable price.

I used them for service on my old HVAC system and when I moved, they followed me across town to continue our relationship at new home. So, when I was ready to replace the existing system, my confidence in LCS was already established. Now I have a new state of the artsystem that should serve us well for the next 15+ years. I recently had my HVAC system replaced and I picked LCS because the design specialist, Jim, invested an impressive amount of time helping me choose the systems that would best fit my house. His careful attention to detail and knowledge of the technical side of HVAC systems won me over. What further confirmed my choice was the installation team of Jose and Jair, who were outstanding. Both guys were consummately polite and professional, and Jose clearly answered my questions when we needed to make an on-the-spot change to a different furnace because of some technical issues with my garage (no fault of LCS). Made for a bit of a longer day for both of them, and wow their attention to detail and dedication to do the job right is exactly what you want in an installation team. Aaron, the office manager, was also helpful in the couple of times I spoke with him.
Travis and Renee have brought on some quality people to their team, and it shows. I had a competing bid with one of the "bigger guys" and I am so glad I chose LCS. The people make all the difference. Recommended without reservation.
After getting some repair work done earlier in the summer, and being happy with LCS services, I signed a maintenance contract, and Jason came out today to service our unit. He was kind, professional, helpful, and answered all of my questions competently. Both technicians that have visited my home have been top notch! Thank you again Jason!

The technician was polite, professional and knowledgeable. I have no complaints about him but I was under the impression when I bought the system with a 6 year warranty that when it stops working it would be fixed for free. But this is not true, it is two years old and still cost 175 dollars for them to come clean the burner when it failed to start. This made it go into a 3 hour auto lock when the burners did not ignite and would not turn on. It actually turned on itself after three hours and started working before the technician arrived but I wanted the technician to still look at it to find out why. So I have to pay 175 dollars a year for maintenance or it's not covered under the warranty.
Staff is great. Techs are knowledgeable, straight forward and have great communications. When it was time to replace our HVAC system, Travis was great. Took the time to listen to our concerns, explain everything and then let us make the decisions. I want to say that his advice was spot on. Maybe a little conservative. He wants his systems to outperform his promises. Started tracking our electrical usage after the new system was installed. During the summer we have consistently used 30-33% less energy than the same period last year. Our actual bills have dropped ~20% despite a rate hike within the previous 12 months. That is like paying for 10 months and getting 2 months free energy. Thanks LCS
