Dugan Air Heating & Cooling

I made a last minute call to have my furnace and air conditioning serviced. They were able to work me in. Thank you for working with me. I bought my system from them a couple of years ago. I’m very happy with their service. I highly recommend Dugan Air.

Dugan has installed 2 systems in 2 different houses for me. They also installed a system in my son's house. They are always responsive and send the best of the best technicians out. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a new system or maintenance/repairs. They are awesome!

We had maintenance scheduled for the afternoon and Nicole (sp) called to offer an earlier service time due to a cancellation, she was extremely pleasant and professional. Dwight was the HVAC service provider who came out. He said he would be here in 10 minutes, and he was. Dwight was very customer oriented, professional, and very informative. I had asked about remote options for thermostat control, and again he was very informative and left detailed information and his card for my husband to call him with any questions since my husband was working. From the office staff to the field technician, Dugan Air gave us great service. We were able to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time and received a follow up confirmation. On the day of our appointment, AC Technician called ahead to let us know he could come earlier if we were available. He quickly diagnosed our problem, explained the work needed, listed out the costs, answered our questions, and then made the repairs. Couldn't ask for a better customer experience.

Had a 27 year old HVAC system replaced with a high efficiency system. Dugan Air was highly recommended so I included them when getting estimates. Even the big coupon pack HVAC companies couldn't match Dugan's price and warranty.

More important than price is the great customer service. Always friendly and polite, they are responsive to my needs and schedule. I don't have to wait days or even weeks for service. The service techs are knowledgeable and respectful and always answer my questions in a way that's easy to understand.

That's always the best part of smaller independent businesses. Think about the last time you had to call a national chain to get personal service. I would wager the experience was less than mediocre and time consuming. I doubt you will experience that with this company.

We are extremely happy with our service from start to finish. Dan made sure to educate us on replacing our HVAC system during our initial meeting. Our communication with Stephanie and Nichole was thorough and friendly throughout the process. Our installers, Chris and Matt, were prompt and professional. They did a wonderful job keeping us informed throughout our install and explaining the system once they finished. We are big fans of Dugan Air and look forward to having their company service our system for years to come!

Max from Dugan was great, he was able to arrive early and they notified me ahead of time to confirm and checked everything out. Provided me with options without trying to upsell. I really like Dugan’s customer sett and their techs are very friendly and helpful!

I typically never leave feedback on any site but I wanted to this time since I was completely blown away by Dugan Air. I have used Airtron and currently have one of their EHC maintenance plans.

This Friday I had some standing water in the front of my AC unit. I called Airtron and the tech stated that my coil (not sure the specific coil it was) was bad. He added that this coil was $2000 plus I needed refrigerant was another $1000 so they recommended replacing the unit. Which was going to be $7000.

I called Dugan Air and I sent him the information that Airtron sent me and he was able to diagnose the issue as simply a dirty filter. I cleaned the filter, wiped the water in front of the AC unit, check this morning NO WATER!! Needless to say is that I will NEVER use Airtron for ANYTHING ever again. I can’t believe that they would do this to their customers.

If you’re looking for a honest company I would highly recommend Dugan Air! They will be doing all my heating and cooling work going forward. I will also be recommending them to anyone else I know as well. Thanks for saving me $7000 I can’t thank you enough and for your honesty as well!

They quickly came out and determined the gas was emptied out of our tank. We did not know this because of a faulty gauge. Max was very pleasant and professional. I will always use Dugan Heating and Air for all our needs.
